If we are paying a lot of money for this, it would seem these types of features should definitely be integrated.

I know that you can create reports and Dahboards, what I find particularly nice in your tool is the view of the "Top Posts" under Marketing / Social Media / Analyze (this https://app.hubspot.com/social-reports/5381506/?network=linkedin at the bottom) , which you can filter by most interactions, impressions, shares and clicks. I would like to download this as a regular export a csv / send it by email. Also an export to Google Data Studio would be great.

Es wäre toll wenn einzelne Social Media Accounts in einem Bericht (für ein Dashboard) gespeichert werden könnte. Bisher kann die Abfrage nur manuell unter dem Reiter Social Media erfolgen. Und da können auch nur pro Kanal die entsprechenden Accounts ausgewählt werden - also z.B. bei der Auswahl "Facebook" können nur die Facebook Accounts angewählt werden. Was ich suche ist eine Möglichkeit verschiedene Accounts (egal welcher Social Media Kanal) in einem Bericht unterzubringen und so zu analysieren.

Bonjour, Ayant 4 entités à gérer, nous sommes vite perdus avec l'ensemble des posts et souhaiterions pouvoir filtrer nos publications par marque. En somme, ajouter un filtre "marque" ou "entité", en plus de "Campagne" et "Type". Merci ! Marie

Hi, It would be really helpful if you offered a feature that could notify specific people at a company when their specific company name is tagged on their connected social sites. This way, you would find out immediately about any news related to your company instead of coming by it by chance when doing routine checks of the social sites. Thank you!

hi! Since most social media channels have different times that are ideal for posting please set up the publishing tool so that you can specify which channel it should post for at that time.

My company's client is a large school system with 24 different schools/Facebook pages to manage through HubSpot, which include elementary, middle and high schools. To manage these pages efficiently, we would like to request that HubSpot add the option to group pages into subsets. For example, one click could add a post to all elementary schools without having to go through and select each one individually. Another option that would be helpful is the ability to rename Facebook pages in HubSpot. Currently, they automatically match the name in Facebook. For example, if we could rename a page, "ELEMENTARY - Smith School," the social media manager could easily select the correct schools to schedule posts.

Currently in the Social analytics you can only view statistics one campaign at a time or all campaigns. You cannot select two or three campaigns and group them. This would be a great feature so as the Marketing Director I can provide a customized dashboard for each product manager, each Executive within each Business Unit, etc.

Our company is an international digital branding, design, marketing Co. We post a companies instagram on their behalf, and need to reach multiple languages. In social, we only see hubspots facebooks back-end having the "language tool". Could this be added to instagrams back end aswell. Right now, there is no option to choose multiple languages. Therefore we were going to create multiple instagram accounts for one company. Eg: Company: DesignByCement FB Business Page: DesignByCement Instagrams: designbycement_svergie designbycement_english designbycement_german However, your help support suggested I "create this idea" as we do not find a solution on how to have 'multiple instagrams connected to the same fb business page' either. With a big ever expanding company like ours, having more than 1 fb and/ or instagram account is time consuming & complicating what could be simplified.
