Hi There- I am looking to utilize the social features of Hubspot (currently use Sprout Social) but there are a few features that Sprout Social offers that I would not give up to fully utilize Hubspot.  The 2 features are:   1) Facebook comments and direct message engagement directly through Hubspot.  Currently, Hubspot has that feature for Twitter but not Facebook.  Having to bounce back to Facebook to answer messages and respond back to comments is too much extra work, whereas Sprout Social, you can directly respond to the messages and comments within their platform.     2) Instagram- With Sprout Social, you have the ability to schedule out content then preview what it will look like on your feed as if it was real-time (see photo).  Having a preview feature allows me to look at the aesthetic of the feed and move things around so it visually looks better as a whole.  You do have to view the preview from their app but the platforms LATR and Iconosquare also have these features.     Thank you for now! ... We have multiple store locations and each location has their own Facebook page and their own Instagram page. I would like to compare how often each location is posting, how much engagement, etc. We rank everything and it would be helpful to see side by side comparisons for each location's social accounts.    From what I can see in the social reporting, this is not currently possible. It would be nice if hubspot social accounts had no ties to personal accounts, but rather just the business pages themselves. People come and go, or choose to deactivate personal pages for a number of reasons. Having the link to the personal accounts can create challenges for a number of reasons and would be best to elimate the "personal" link in general.  ... Mostrar más
