Hi all, with the last composer for social media posts you could insert a link, Hubspot pulled the thumbnail from the website and then you could still replace it with another image. But it remained a clickable image that went directly to the website link.  Unfortunately the new Composer is missing this function, you can only decide if you want to have the automatic thumbnail or just a non-clickable image.  Would be great to get this feature back.  ...read more

Is it possible to manage multiple FB accounts. For example, If I have 10 different facebook personal accounts, can I reply to messages for each account in the dashboard?   I am aware that perhaps proxies will need to be used as it is the IP address which is logged when a user logs in but it is time consuming switching between that many accounts and replying to messages that it would be fabulous if there was a solution for that. ...read more

It would be a nice feature if we could set whose name should be visible "posted by" in the name of Company page when social posts are being scheduled via HubSpot Calendar. ATM it defaults to the person who most recently connected the LinkedIn page to Hubspot, but what about those who work in teams of more than 1 person? It would be a nice feature. Hi, so, according to the social media tool, I posted something on our Linkedin account. However, on the Linkedin account, there's nothing to be seen. Weirdly, the Hubspot overview even shows 2 interactions. If I click on "view on Linkedin", a Linkedin error page opens which clearly shows that Hubspot didn't actually post. This is incredibly frustrating.    Weirdly, the tool also saves drafts from published posts for no reason which adds additional confusion to whether something was posted or not.  ...read more
