Last week the Social Calendar went live and it was a pleasant surprise as it will be helpful in managing our social media posts. However, I think it could use an update in functionality already. While you can see your published and scheduled posts on the calendar you are unable to see your drafted posts.  We have multiple social media content creators who have been instructed to create their post in draft mode and then it is reviewed and scheduled to be published by our social media manager.   To not be able to see a calendar view of our drafts makes scheduling difficult. I'd like for you to add the option to filter / toggle social media posts between Published, Scheduled and Draft so that you can see them collectively or by themselves on the Social Calendar.  ...read more

As of the week of May 8th, you have removed the social media calendar,  with the new "look and feel".  I'm looking and not finding.  Please bring this back!!  Why would a tool such as this be removed?  At a single glance we can see a whole months of posts, where they are posting, what campaign is being posted against, the number in a given day, etc etc...   UPDATE:  Ok, my bad.  It was just buried under a different menu structure.  The Social Media Calendar is no longer part of Social Media  . Enable the option to post videos on LinkedIn, when I scheduel them for social media with through hubspot.  Right now I have to post the videos directly on LinkedIn at the set time in stead of scheduel it in advanced but also I loose the tracking and statistics options from Hubspot.  ...read more

My agency uses Hubspot social tools for all of our clients, however lots of our images aren't being pulled through when our posts are published. We are told this is because the images are too large, and the only way to prevent this is to measure each image in each article or blog that we post. We'd love to see a notification in Hubspot social publishing that alerts you when an image is too large and might not be published.  ...read more
