I was working on our social media post scheduling and noticed I cannot schedule a poll to run on LinkedIn. This would be a great tool for us to use since it seems lately polls get quite a bit of engagement on LinkedIn. When scheduling your social media posts for video content, the system does not allow you to customise the thumbnail. It creates an autoplay thumbnail based on the first frame.    Therefore in order to customise the thumbnail for social media video posts, you have to go directly to the social media platform to upload the content and select the thumbnail that you want.    This defeats the purpose of using hubspot to manage your social media content if you require customised thumbnails.  ...read more

We the marketing team would love to have the ability to add social posts to HubSpot campaigns, which were not published in HubSpot but on the platform (Facebook, Insta, LinkedIn). It was already possible once.    As we mostly combine a lot of channels and our Social Manager mostly uses his cell phone for preparing and releasing posts we would have a 360 degree view which channel works best for every topic.       ...read more

It would be reallty useful if you could add/tag a topic to each social media post so that we can track the social media trends on these and understand what topics work best for our audience.   Then being able to pull of trending reports on these would be helpful to improve our understanding of our audience and what content resonates. ...read more
