Currently, we can restrict users from installing an app from the HubSpot marketplace but there is no setting under user permission that allows us to restrict a user from accessing or editing the native integration settings. For example, if we are using the HubSpot - Salesforce native integration (Salesforce Connector) there is no way we can define the users who have access to editing or updating the app settings in HubSpot. As a company we are heavy users of the Salesforce campaigns, as a marketing team we really enjoy the Hubspot campaigns.  But we really do miss an integration between the two objects.  Even though they don't have the same goal (SF/HS) there is definitely a bit of overlap. We would like to have an (configurable) intergration between the Hubspot Campaigns and Salesforce Campaigns.   Syncing the following: If an opportunity is created in Salesforce add the value as deal created to the Hubspot opportunity. Sync campaign members to an list in Hubspot with Campaign Member status Sync campaign start- & end date Sync campaign status Sync campaign budget Sync Hubspot E-mail campaigns back as activity on Salesforce campaign Auto create a field to link to Hubspot Campaign and vice versa from Hubspot to the Salesforce campaign Create a related object in Salesforce to show assets belonging to the campaign. This would make the integration between Hubspot and Salesforce so much better and also allowing for a much better alignment between sales and marketing!   ...read more

Provide an option in the Salesforce integration settings to set the batch size.  This would allow a way to reduce the potential of hitting processing limits on flows that are triggered by a sync. ...read more

There are cases were HubSpot can be the source of truth for certain properties. It would be extremely useful to allow one-way sync from HubSpot to Salesforce.  At the moment, I do not have this option, and have no choice but to setup a two-way sync, and restrict the property in Salesforce from being modified  Thanks, Kevin ...read more

Salesforce is our primary systrem of record for a lot of information, however HubSpot is our Marketing Automation platform for Marketing data. We write information to Contacts in HubSpot that should never change. Because of this, we'd like to have a field mapping option to Salesforce called Always Use HubSpot or Prefer HubSpot unless Blank.  Right now, valuable Marketing information is sycned to Leads in Salesforce, and if the Lead is converted to a Contact, some of that data is lost since not all of it moves to the Contact record upon conversion in Salesforce. If we have Two Way set as the integration setting, it will see the Salesforce value of [BLANK] and then overwrite that field in HubSpot to blank as well. ...read more

We connected HubSpot to Salesforce. In Salesforce we have companies with multiple linked contacts, each is given a specific association label (primary, technical, regular). As HubSpot now supports association labels, it would be great if this would be included in the standard integration between HS & SF!   In HubSpot, on companies, we only see multiple linked contacts, but without association label.   Using a property on a contact is not a solution, because contacts can be linked to multiple companies with different association labels.   Thanks! Hi, Currently when you enable the Hubspot Event 'Marketing Email Opened' in the Activitities sync tab from Hubspot to Salesforce each and every open is getting send to Salesforce.  This is problematic in a few ways: 1. For each open a task is added tot the timeline of Salesforce contact, especially with firewall and malware systems scanning through e-mails you sometimes get a creation of over 10 tasks.   2. You use up a lot more API calls then needed.   3. The information get's less usefull /trustworthy by the overload.   I would like to propose to add an option to the activities sync tab allowing for one of the following options:   1. Group actions of passed 15/30/60 minutes and add only as one task. 2. Only sent action one-time (this will only make a SF event the first time an HS event has taken place) 3. Sync a HS event each time it has taken place to SF.     ...read more

Our Sales team do not have access to Hubspot as it is only being used by our Marketing team, but they would like to see the body copy of Marketing Emails synced to Salesforce.   The subject line isn't helpful to them and the task created by the Hubspot-Salesforce connector contains no other information.   It would be create to get the body copy synced to the "Comments" field, just like the Form Submissions. ...read more
