Notes - comments are not showing on the note through the Prospecting view. Had to navigate to the actual record to see.   Automatically picks default phone number to pop up - Same # of clicks but this has an increased chance of calling the wrong phone number accidentally because you can’t see the number before selecting call (only after)   Can’t re-adjust time of a task - Normally if my task isn’t completed because I can’t reach my target I just adjust the time and move on. In prospecting, I can only complete and create new which takes more time and effort. - I have to select the task by clicking the box, then select reschedule, then select time from scratch/preference setting, and then I can adjust the due date of the same task   All associated leads are not showing up in overview - The owner/operators associated are not showing up as actionable leads in “Overview”   No “expand all” for calls made ...read more

It would be nice if it was possible to create a shared booking module, wherein it was possible to assign different people to different days, after which availability was determined for the bookings.  I.e. I want Martin to handle Mondays, Tommy to handle Tuesdays and William to handle Wednesdays. If a customer tries to book a Tuesday afternoon, the customer is provided with time slots based on Tommy's availability, and the booking ends in Tommy's calendar. In "Scheduling", under meeting settings, I would simply need to select which team member is available for Mondays, Tuesdays and so forth. It's very annoying when you have multiple excel documents with multiple contacts with notes and when you upload into hubspot, that's the only field that can't be updated. This makes it necessary to combine all of the notes and manually make a note in the contacts file. When a contact that is enrolled in a sequence bounces, Hubspot unenrolls that contact from the sequence. Currently, it is not possible to access any of the emails that I had spent time writing for that contact, which means that I need to re-customize the entire sequence when reaching out to that contact or another individual in that company again. I am so surprised Hubspot provides no way to access the customized sequence emails that have been written for contacts. Hubspot, PLEASE make it possible to access these, whether it be on the contact record as a scheduled email or within the sequence itself. When leveraging the filter for Recent Sales Email Replied, we're finding that contacts who are CC'd on an email are displaying in the results. This creates misleading reporting, incorrectly attributing a "reply" to someone who didn't actually respond to the email. When wanting to create automation around recent replies (say to automate task creation for Sales to follow up in X time, or send surveys to contacts who've recently responded/interacted with Sales, or send specific Marketing campaigns), this failure creates time-consuming sorting work in order to ensure we're delivering a great customer experience. Would love to see Hubspot come up with a way to sort out CC'd contacts so that they're not misrepresented in our data.  ...read more

I prefer sending emails directly from Outlook with the HubSpot Sales Plugin tool.   I really wish there was a shortcut to create and follow up tasks associated with email contacts and the company involved. Now I manually have to do this in HubSpot instead of being able to do it in this sidebar. Would really save me and other a lot of time.     ...read more

Add T&Cs to the over-all HubSpot settings so we can set defult terms Add tabs on the Quote page so when an attached deal is changed to 'Lost' the quote is archived, when deal is chaged to 'On Hold' the quote status is changed also Have history log in Deal acitivity of changes to Quotes so you can refer to previous variations of the quote Create reporting to assess how often and by how much a varriation has been done on Quotes Allow pepole to still view the Quote after expiry and just mark it with a badge saying 'Expired' - the current landing page is horrible Think I've covered it all. I am missing a feature where I can scroll multiple recipients and see their profile information in Outlook. Add-in shows only one recipient who is the last in my recipient list. I always have to delete others to see the profile of the contact that is for example in the beginning of my recipient list, which is quite annoying. I think it could be easily solved by adding the feature that enables you to scroll your recipient list.  ...read more
