It would be good to be able to set required deal stages for a pipeline. For example; a pipeline for 'New business' (prosects that are not yet customers), it would be good to force the sales team to add a deal at the first stage then have to progress it through every stage until won/lost. We really need better reporting for sales (one-to-one) emails. Even a basic how many emails were sent & by who, how many opens/clicks in a given span of time are not readily available.    By comparison, marketing email metrics and reports are much better, but still more limited than they should be. ...その他を表示

Adding a funnel report to a universal dashboard is great, adding dashboard filters is excellent, dashboard filters not affecting a funnel report is counter productive and renders the report useless in the dashboard. Especially as you can manully add the filter to the report. Please could you find a way to apply dashboard filters to funnel reports? ...その他を表示

When a sequence ends, I would like to group together & export the contacts by their "status" so I can have data around who responded and who didn't. There needs to be a filter in "Contacts" that includes the status of a sequence (Enrolled, no response yet, Errors etc.). Extremely necessary when dealing with hundreds of contacts. ...その他を表示

For some reason, changes made to rows per page on reports no longer save. Each time the page is refreshed, the rows per page reset to 10. According to HubSpot support, this is intentional.    This is a major issue for us, considering that we need to now change the rows per page for many reports frequently.    Please give us back the option to save changes made to rows per page.  ...その他を表示

Especially in the latter stages of the sales process, we are sharing Sales Documents with leads quite extensively.  Whereas the tracking and reporting on the Sales Document page itself is good - I can see a full list of who downloaded the document - the tracking and reporting on the contact page is very limited.    I propose to enable clicks on a 'Sales Document' to be used as a trigger (e.g. for a workflow) in the same way you can do this with Page Views.  This can then be used in a range of funnel activities, e.g.:   Enrol contact in a new workflow Populate a custom field on contact for e.g. 'Downloaded Document X' with value 'YES' to provide better visibility of whether or not a contract has downloaded the document. The ability to sort any table view by one column and then by another. Three levels of sorting would probably be sufficient for almost any use-case.   Example: 1st level - sort by column for Deal Stage 2nd level - then sort by column for Deal Amount 3rd level - then sort by column for .....   The value would be to be able to see data exactly in the order in which you want to see it.  I know Salesforce and Excel have this feature. ...その他を表示
