hubspot reporting isn't the best, lots and lots of room for improvements, especially with the old report builder going away and being replaced by a new report builder   it'd be nice for us to use SQL to join whatever objects we want to join, and do whatever calculations we need. it is quite inconvenient to build complicated joined objects reports with the current filters set up hubspot has   also, that'd allow us to do calculations! it'd be very nice to do simple calculations like conversion rates in a report. i can't believe a crm tool doesn't allow for custom conversion rates calculations ... The reports feature only allows graph displays of data. Our sales team and executive team would like to be able to quickly view a list of contacts from a reports dashboard without having to click into the report. This would save time and make it easier to manage pipelines.  ... Exibir mais

Hubspot defines "Amount" as the total value of the deal in the deal's currency, if your HubSpot account uses more than one currency.   This set up is limiting becuase it does not allow you to differenciate between actual vs potentail revenue.  For a company with a long sales cycle, often a customer may purchase multiple times for a single deal.   If you have 1 deal that has sold $5k (actual) but also expects another $15k (potential), based on the current set up with only one "Amount" field it would show $20k - I would like to be able to see only the $15k.   Is there an existing feature that would let me do this? The Forecast app is getting a team rollup view that enables sales managers and teams to quickly see how their high-level forecast for the organization breaks down by team.   For any sales organization using team hierarchies, one of the first questions they want to answer is "how are we doing this month?" As soon as they know the answer to that question, they want to drill into which teams are contributing and by how much.
