While you can go to see who has viewed your Sales Document, you cannot create a list around who has viewed a sales Documents, create a workflow around once someone has viewed a Sales Document or set up custom notifications once a contact has viewed a Sales Document.   Why this is a problem: If a contact owner has changed, the new owner does not receive any notification once their contact has viewed a Sales Document that was sent by the previous owner. You cannot create a workflow that can notify the new owner of the Sales Document view either.   The only person who will get an email notification that a contact has viewed a sales document is the person who originally sent the Sales Document. Previous owners are now forced to find out who the new owner is and forward the notification to the current owner. That's if the current owner is lucky enough to have someone willing to do that work. I love how robust the HubSpot Campaigns are becoming but one asset I would love to see added is Documents.  While I realize this is a Sales Hub component its very often leveraged in the marketing function and would be great to see that reported on in a campaign.  ...read more

Hi! My idea is that the quote tool should be editable by the customer. We would like the ability to send over a quote that allows the customer to fill out their shipping address, billing address, and email POC. At the moment, this feature is not available, and the workaround is creating a form for the customer to fill this information out on and then creating the quote. While I understand the workaround, I want this process to be as frictionless as possible for the customer and less back-and-forth means faster turnaround time. Thanks! ...read more

Hi All, We have recently been experimenting with all the HubSpot tools and they seem to be working well for us, But a big issue we have found is the inability to use our custom domains we have added as the link for our Document tracking and attachments. Just like most cloud folder and file storage systems,  sales people OFTEN have the same need for the HubSpot sales document tool and maybe under utliise the tool for this reason, since its really a limiting feature and factor limiting user uptake of what is quie a great tool. Dans l'onglet "Vente" puis "Devis", nous avons accès au listing de l'ensemble des devis créés dans Hubspot. Or il n'est pas possible de modifier leur statut en cliquant dessus, ou en cliquant sur "actions". Cela est clairement préjudiciable car nous en aurions besoin pour faire un tracking efficace des devis, qu'ils aient une signature électronique ou non. Nous aurions besoin de pouvoir modifier facilement, en quelques clics, le statut des devis. Le plus pertinent serait de pouvoir choisir les statuts :  - Publié - Signé - Refusé - Annulé - Brouillon - Archivé   Et quand en France on aura la possibilité de suivre la facturation le statut "Facturé, Facturé Partiellement, Payé, Payé partiellement".   Si quelqu'un a une solution, je suis preneur ! My problem with the documents that are attached to each contact is HS attaches photos, and signatures, not important documents per se. So, it will be amazing if HS creates one section where the users set some rules and determine what documents we want to attach to the contact.  ...read more
