I'd like to propose an improvement to the way personalization tokens handle empty fields, particularly for salutations in marketing emails and 1on1 templates. Current Situation: We're using a personalization token for the first name field in our email salutations. When a contact doesn't have a first name, we want the salutation to default to just "Good Morning" without any extra spaces. However, the current behavior adds an unwanted space, resulting in "Good Morning ," (note the space before the comma). Proposed Improvement: It would be incredibly helpful if HubSpot could implement smarter handling of empty personalization tokens. Specifically: When a personalization token is empty and no default value is set, HubSpot should automatically remove any trailing spaces and punctuation associated with that token. Alternatively, provide an option to specify how empty tokens should be handled (e.g., remove associated punctuation, keep as is, etc.). This improvement would enhance the professionalism of our communications and save time that's currently spent on tedious workarounds.

Hi HS Dev Team, A great feature would be to have the ability to take PDF or files in WordPress that are used to host the website and be able to simultaneously sync and make them avaialble in HS CRM Documents. We host several product flyers, application notes, CoA's, SDS etc. This would be an extremely useful and valuable feature in the HS sales plug-in to oulook where sales and support teams could easily insert those documents in communciations to customer and/or track with the simple click of a button. This would be best to be a real-time sycn so that the data files chosen on WP would also be the same version files in HS CRM Documents. This way admins don't need to manage 2 separate file locations or worry about versioning and which is correct. the 2nd idea to this is to enable mass uploads of documents to HS CRM documents via a file import mechanism/list etc. This could be useful for documents that may not live on the website that sales/tech service would like to send out to customers but are internal tools for an ogranzation that are shared ad-hoc with customers based on need

For the moment in Enterprice licences it is only able to use personalization tokens of custom objects in Marketing emails BUT not in sales email templates or snippets. We need this information to be availables to better personalize the sales activities .

For all content options that allow you to organize with folders, it would be extremely helpful to be able to create folders within folders for better organization leading to less duplicates and efficiency when looking for content already created my a teammate. Il manque un affichage HT dans les devis ET surtout dans le listing des devis (onglet "Vente", puis "Devis". 1) Dans les devis en eux-mêmes, ont devrait quand même avoir le : - Total net HT - Montant de la TVA (20% ou autre) - Montant total TTC Et aussi indiquer les remises s'il y en a dans un sous-total 2) Dans le listing des devis, indiquer le montant HT et non le montant TTC !!! En France, c'est obligatoire pour les reportings commerciaux. Je vous envoie un screen du montant total de mes devis, que je suis obligé de recalculer manuellement à chaque fois pour avoir des stats correctes en HT... Si quelqu'un à la solution je suis preneur, sinon likez/commentez pour qu'Hubspot fasse quelque chose !

I'm submitting this on behalf of my customer. It would be very helpful if could control downloads in documents, at this moment all contacts can download them as long as they have the link, we would like to prevent this from happening in certain instances.

Problem: "We have three companies based in Poland, the UK, and the USA. As the parent company based in Poland, we manage all partners through one HubSpot CRM. However, we need to issue invoices that include local tax and address information from our regional branches (UK and USA) for partners in those specific markets." Idea: Provide the capability to issue invoices from a single HubSpot account for multiple branches. This would include the ability to customize invoice data, allowing for different issuing company details depending on the branch.

One idea that may be good for all documents that have tracking links. When a lead views a document with a tracking link, they are prompted to submit their email so they can actually view and navigate the document on HubSpot. Now in this case, can we have some way to add a CTA or pop up form when they view the document, that way the prospective lead can submit an inquiry as they are viewing a document they are interested in, which can help with the lead intake process, keeping the lead interested right then and there to submit a further inquiry? This would be a great feature for leads viewing documents on the website and help with lead processing for our sales team. Since in our industry leads view documents relating to the product/service than submit an inquiry through a lead form.

Sometimes when a deal is closed won, with an approved/sign quotes changes must be made (because of a sales misunderstanding or error) Even if the sales team create a new quote for approval, this old quote need to be canceled. We need this functionality to avoid having quotes that are no longer valid related to deals that are closed won. Thanks

Especially in the latter stages of the sales process, we are sharing Sales Documents with leads quite extensively. Whereas the tracking and reporting on the Sales Document page itself is good - I can see a full list of who downloaded the document - the tracking and reporting on the contact page is very limited. I propose to enable clicks on a 'Sales Document' to be used as a trigger (e.g. for a workflow) in the same way you can do this with Page Views. This can then be used in a range of funnel activities, e.g.: Enrol contact in a new workflow Populate a custom field on contact for e.g. 'Downloaded Document X' with value 'YES' to provide better visibility of whether or not a contract has downloaded the document. Allocate Hubspot Score points as downloads of these Sales Document is a major indicator for whether the lead is hot, or not.
