Hello,  The filter in standardized HS LP reports for "URL" is extremely misleading. You have the option for 2 things:   URL is equal to (self explanatory) URL is any of (supposedly self explanatory, but misleading) Based these options and how other areas of the product word filter, option two would lead me to believe that you'd have to enter a list of specific full URLs for this filter to work, e.g. if I entered hubspot.com/marketing-hub and hubspot.com/sales-hub the expectation would be that the metrics would only show for those two specific pages.   However this is NOT THE CASE. I've verified this myself today with HS support and my own tests, option 2 actually behaves like a URL contains any of X or Y or Z criteria.    Now I'm glad it does what I need, but it would be helpful if the HS interface described it as such.    In my screenshots with this build, I can verify that it only pull smetrics from URLs which contain /de-de/ OR /de-ch/ OR /fr-fr/     ...read more

Hi All,   tl;dr Filtering by condition "[PROPERTY A] is none of [X]" ignores records where that field is blank. This is just plain inaccurate, and has been fixed and broken, recognized and ignored by turns for at least a year.   Explanation and Rant I am building a report on deals using the new report builder. Several of my filters use the language "[PROPERTY A] is none of [X]". These filters do NOT return all deals that fit these criteria because they ignore all deal records where [PROPERTY A] is not known. Support reps seem to be unaware of this bug, or even unwilling to consider it a bug at all.   To put this in simple terms, consider a test involving a line of bottles. Some have blue sand them, some have red sand, some have yellow, some are empty. If I ask you to show me all of the bottles that don't have red sand, and you don't include the empty bottles in your answer, YOU WOULD FAIL THE TEST.   Filters in HubSpot used to work correctly. Then, after an update (about a year ago if memory serves), they stopped including blank entries. Alarm bells went off for many of us as all of our reports suddenly showed vastly different data overnight. Calls were made to support and within a week, HubSpot had released a "fix", of sorts, where you had to specify with each filter whether you wanted to include blank values. Not fixed, obviously, as the filter itself had already specified, logically, whether blank values were to be included, but ok. Then that option went away as the issue was actually fixed. Fantastic! Now the issue is back. I spoke to support a month ago and my rep checked to see if there was any "chatter" from dev about it. Sure enough, there was a known issue. Great, HubSpot's on it. Now, a month later, I call back twice as the issue is persisting and neither support rep is familiar with this or even concerned that reports DON'T DISPLAY THE DATA THEY PURPORT TO DISPLAY, and when they check the chatter, there's no known issue. They also didn't seem super anxious to report this as an issue.   So this is me reporting it as an issue. A really, really big issue. I realize that everyone who reports something broken or missing holds it up as the most glaring, important, deal breaking, earth shattering issue imaginable. Currently, you can view all of the "Workflow Memberships" for a given Contact simply by viewing the Contact itself and viewing the right-hand side menu. However, this does not exist for Company and Deal objects and would be super beneficial if it did.   Additionally, when viewing your Workflows from the "Workflows" page, there are metrics for "Total" and "Active" enrollment, BUT there is no easy way of viewing WHO (or what objects) are actually enrolled in those Workflows. The closest you can get to these is by clicking an individual Workflow, viewing the "History", and then applying filters or searching through the "Select a [object]" dropdown - but even this doesn't give you a definitive anwer because from what I can tell this is just a list of all objects (Contacts, Companies, Deals) that had any association with the Workflow, even if it was just temporary or they have since be un-enrolled.   Summary: There is no indicator on a Company and Deal telling us what Workflow(s) that object belongs to There is no way to see in an aggregate view which objects are actively enrolled in Workflows   Workflows are extremley useful but as they currently stand are an absolute nightmare to manage/maintain/track/review. ...read more

It would be great to create a funnel report that compares the different conversion rates by a given property.   For instance: Funnel report by Original Source with made up numbers:     MQL > SQL SQL > Opp. Opp > Customer Paid Search 50% 20% 10% Organic Search 60% 30% 15% Paid Social 45% 15% 5% Organic Social 60% 20% 2% etc. etc...   As I can tell, the only way to do this is to set up INDIVIDUAL funnel charts and set the filter of "Original source" = Paid search (and change this per funnel chart).  ...read more

In Custom Reports, Vertical bar chart settings allow to visualize data cumulative and stacked by month.  It is possible to add a Monthly Goal, which displays as a line (which is good) however not cumulative, and has no way to change settings.  The Monthly Goal display should follow the Vertical bar chart settings, or have an independent setting. ...read more

At the moment, this is not an option in Hubspot whether you try to find an existing pre-built report or if you try to build a report from scratch. I have spoken to Hubspot support and they recommend to submit this idea here. ...read more

Would be great to view multiple parameters in the Analytics Tools.   I'd love to be able to see how a URL is performing according to campaign vs medium or campaign vs content.   Right now it's one-dimensional and could use some improvements. ...read more

The new goals tool is really powerful, but there is one improvement that would greatly help our org: the ability to set goals for product or filter a revenue goal by certain products.   We have product-level goals for our services and our SaaS subscriptions. However, having separate pipelines doesn't work for us because a lot of times both are in the same deal.   If I could create a revenue goal with a filter for Line Item name (or, in our case, we have a created property we call Product Group) or create a revenue goal for the Products object, it would help put more of our reporting into HubSpot instead of our current manual process.  ...read more

It would be super helpful if I could report on how many blogs, landing pages and website pages were publish during a specific time period. Current reporting capabilities are focused on the performance of these assets and not the volume of assets created. Having this information would allow me to share the quantity of new content being produced by my team with our entire company.    My current solution is to view each content type sort by date and manually count tem. What this doesn't do it allow me to show any trends in content product. ...read more
