We have a weekly report that gets emailed to our sales team that recaps their new leads from the previous 7 days.    We include info like name, phone, mobile phone, email, recent conversion....and more properties, but on the email, the columns get cut off at that point on the email and you are unable to scroll horizontally to see any of the additional details.    Can we get the ability to scroll on the actual email so the sales team can see the full report directly in the email vs. having to click a link to open the full report and then scrolling on the browser?  ...read more

Hello all,    Have there been any discussions about allowing super admin to limit access to different datasets that get created? The situation I am running into is that we have brought in a quota for a custom object that we have made. I could restrict the pipeline (created a pipeline within the custom object that I restricted; also locked the property) to keep the quotas hidden from everyone. For the reporting side of the quota vs actuals, I created datasets for each of our territories, but they could make a report themselves and select someone else's dataset. When leveraging the filter for Recent Sales Email Replied, we're finding that contacts who are CC'd on an email are displaying in the results. This creates misleading reporting, incorrectly attributing a "reply" to someone who didn't actually respond to the email. When wanting to create automation around recent replies (say to automate task creation for Sales to follow up in X time, or send surveys to contacts who've recently responded/interacted with Sales, or send specific Marketing campaigns), this failure creates time-consuming sorting work in order to ensure we're delivering a great customer experience. Would love to see Hubspot come up with a way to sort out CC'd contacts so that they're not misrepresented in our data.  ...read more

It would be great to know and be able to export the contacts which have met the set criteria and were sent a particular feedback survey link. At the moment, you can see the number of contacts surveyed but which in particular nor which account manager sent the unresponded to surveys.  ...read more

I have made a Custom report which works fine except for the fact that the Product ID value reported is being rounded.  How can I stop it being rounded?   EG  Product ID In report 177806292 178000000 174801493 175000000 172806293 173000000 ...read more
