It would be great if we could Customizate HubSpot Search result views to bring up the properties we need and also what ´different user groups need. Example. Searching with mobile phonenumber, the result view shows the right contact, the name, e-mail, phone number (not mobile), Primary comppany and Jobtitle. But not the Mobile number what was search. Same if you search with contact name. I rather have the Mobilephone in the vie than the phone number property. If we could customize views we could add few other cotact or in this case also primery comppany related info which would help the users to see faster the information without going into contact card immediately. ...read more

Hi everyone, I'm currently facing a challenge in managing communications with Co-Selling Partners in HubSpot. Our process involves associating these partners with multiple deals and companies. However, the system automatically syncs all conversations across these associations, which clutters the deals/companies with irrelevant information from other interactions. Problem Description: When I add a Co-Selling Partner as a contact to any deal or company, the system automatically syncs every conversation related to that contact across all associated deals/companies. This results in a lot of unnecessary and confusing information being shared where it's not relevant. I tried creating a new property at the contact level hoping to use it to deactivate the syncs via a workflow for contacts with this property enabled. Unfortunately, it seems that deactivating syncs this way isn’t possible. Proposed Solution: I believe a helpful feature would be the ability to manually deactivate the default syncing function for selected contacts. Specifically, it should allow: Adding a contact to multiple deals/companies without syncing their communication to those deals/companies. Maintaining visibility of all associations at the contact level to facilitate reporting, without the automatic sharing of communication. This feature would greatly enhance our ability to manage communications with Co-Selling Partners effectively, keeping all associated records clean and relevant. Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a workaround? Alternatively, if anyone from the CRM development team is around, could this feature be considered for future updates? HubSpot just released this great Beta: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/create-sync-properties   However, it lacks one critical functionality: these sync fields currently can not be used as mandatory fields.  Use case:  You have a field called delivery address on the primary associated company. Before the deal can be moved into Closed Won, that property must be populated. This request refers to the double opt-in features in HubSpot: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/set-up-double-opt-in-for-emails#send-opt-in-email-to-individual-contact   When HubSpot users want to bulk confirm the email addresses, the only way is currently via bulk edit:   Once you have the double opt-in feature enabled, you can update the double opt-in status for your contacts in bulk from your contacts home.   This means that every time there are new contacts to confirm, a user has to manually select and update contacts.   Please create a workflow action to update the 'Marketing email confirmation status' to 'Customer marked confirmed'.   Reasons why this is needed Some contacts should be automatically marked confirmed. For example, in many SaaS companies, software customers are considered confirmed because they already signed up for the software. In other companies, customers are generally considered confirmed across the board and should not have to go through a double opt-in process again. While there are workflow workarounds, using additional custom properties, it should be possible to update the confirmation status directly. If it's possible to update contacts in bulk (see article linked above), Professional and Enterprise customers should not be forced to do this manually. Currently, when using the Global Search Function, we cannot amend the default Global Search Results Settings to display properties in the Global Search Results View columns that are relevant to the specific business, and customise views to different teams/ team members in the business.    i.e. Global Search Results for Contacts only show default columns for Name, Email, Phone number, Primary company, and job title.  Global Search Results for Companies only show default columns for Company Name, Domain, City, Region, Phone and Company Owner.  Similarly, we are locked to default properties with Deals, and all other objects.    Goal  We are able to tailor the Global Search Results settings to meet the needs of different teams/users, much like the way we already can edit the object-specific search result views with the Contact/Company/Deal search tabs. This will enable us to:  - Choose properties to display in the Global Search Results view  - Choose order of columns that display  - Change length of column.   Different teams have different needs:    Use cases Different properties/columns to display for different teams  - Service teams may find it more useful to see a customer code property/column in the Global Search Results View; while they can use the Global Search to find the correct company, they can't see on the screen they are clicking on the correct company, because we cannot bring in the <CUSTOMER CODE> company property to the results view.  - If searching companies, would be great for sales teams to see the primary contact in a column, and click directly onto this, rather than needing to click on the company record, to then search for the primary contact  - If searching tasks, would be great to see the internal task owner in a column, so you can easily see accountability.    Ability to edit length of columns  There may be several entities e.g. deals, companies, with nearly identical names, but a small variation right at the end of the deal/company name. So we can correctly read the name, we need to be able to edit the length of 1 particular column in the display screen. This means we don't have to click into the record/hover over each record, to read it. e.g. COMPANY NAME is likely to be longer than other properties, so we want the ability to make this column longer than others.    ...read more

Hey I'm in the prospect workspace and I'm trying to filter by properties on the contacts but I can only filter by properties on the lead which contains different data than on the contact properties.   This is the response I got from your help desk:    "I don't believe its possible to filter by contact properties since the leads in the prospecting tool are separate from contacts. I am double checking to confirm this for us"   This makes things very difficult on my IT team and impossible for me in Sales Managent to have a congruent set of properties to sort by, which then requires two completely different set of property data.   Leads and Contacts are two completely different OBJECTS, with different properties - why do I need to create a new object type with new properties?   ...read more

Time to First Reply and Time to Close properties do not factor in working hours, and just look at the total time a ticket took to be replied to or closed.    We need a way to determine how long it takes to reply to or close a ticket based on working hours. In reports, I looked into using the Time to First Reply and Time to Close SLA's. However, neither of these was able to give me an actual numerical value that contains an amount of time, since they just store date and dropdown values.   The point of this post is to either allow us to use Time to First Reply or Time to Close that only factors in working hours. Or, we would be able to look at the average amount of time it took for the Time To First Reply SLA or Time To Close SLA to be met.    For example, in a situation where a team just works 9-5 on weekdays, if a ticket comes in at 5:01pm on a Friday afternoon and is replied to at 9:01am on Monday morning, the Time to First Reply SLA would be 1 minute. But, the Time To First Response property would show over 2 days.    Since the organization in question only works on weekdays, reports that rely on the average of the Time to First Response property would not report on this ticket correctly and would not show the correct amount of working time that it took to reply to the ticket.  ...read more
