 have a query I wonder if you can answer if you have time.   On the product library why can you not create a folder that is locked, with only certain users able to go into.   I would have thought other clients would have a private folder for documents or artwork not yet to be seen or released just stored for a temporary time before moving to another available folder.   Please let me know if this is available, or could it be made available, as it would help us at our company to be able to use Hubspot efficiently, just one simple funtion.   I put all our artwork into folders and some artwork is private untill a certain exhibition and I have no where on Hubspot to store these pieces, as I write a lot of other information on early to save time and would like to save in a private folder that the Directors can access.   Kind regards   Louise   ...read more

Adding line items to a quote without having to use the mouse. Can this page be improved so that the 'Add Line Item' button is activated when the user presses the enter button on the keyboard? Also, the same applies to the 'Select from product library'. At the moment, the user has to use multiple clicks with the mouse to add a line-item to the quote.  ...read more

I tried adding quotes (which we currently hav eon the right hand side of deal records) to the middle column of the Company Records. Since this is still in Beta, it looks like it's a limitation as of now.    It would be great as this tool is developed further to have the ability to add this info (quotes) to the middle column for visibility.  ...read more

We are using a custom quote template to send out quotes, but we call them "Order Forms".  It's important to our workflow that customers don't see the term quote because it doesn't appear in any other steps in our process.  Being able to customize the email template that's used for sending quotes would be ideal so that we can customize the wording and have the style match our quote (and other branding). ...read more
