Hi team,   It would be great to be able to automatically add certain Products to Deals within Workflows. For example, if a customer comes in via a certain source and all of the customers from that source are purchasing Product A, all the Deals could then be automatically updated to have that product associated with them.   This would reduce friction for sales teams and allow more seamless Deal creation - the teams wouldn't have to go back and add Products later. Some customers have alternative billing situations for their products that do not fit within our current billing frequency options below. Hi I would like to submit for Products not to be associated just to a deal. This information should be able to pull across to the company record, the contact level and then a workflow to tickets could be implemented.    This would mean that when a customer submits a support ticket then the company or contact record is connected to the ticket...if Products could pull through to the ticket my support team will then know which license the customer subscribes to and then the correct support can be given to the client as the support team will easily be able to view what license the customer has.  ...read more

We love the new Quote Approval function, but would like to be able to have more than a single approver.  There are several reasons why:   1) If the approver is out for an extended time, it would be important for them to easily be able to delegate approval to someone else in their absence so we don't end up with delays in our sales process.   2) We would like our quotes to go through an engineering review and approval before going to Sales approval, given the complexity of our solutions.   3) There are certain approvals that may need to trigger CEO approval based on whether we are recommending an aggressive pricing approach to compete on an opportunity.  We would like that option in our workflows. ...read more

Today its only possible to enter whole numbers in quantity in quotes. this is very limiting.   For example when you sell 1,5 hours. Or you sell 1,5 square feet of something. or 1,5 pounds...   You get the point. extremely important that this is corrected. ...read more
