Feature request: provide the option to not log outbound emails in the Inbox.   Are there examples of other places or products who have this feature?   You would be hard pressed to find an example of another Inbox that doesn't have the feature I described above. Gmail, Yahoo mail, hotmail. Every Inbox since the dawn of Inbox history shows inbound emails in the Inbox, and shows outbound emails in a different folder.   I've attached a screenshot of how Gmail handles this (with annotation) if that would be helpful for your produce team. ...read more

We've been using the notes section & the mention (@) option on contcats & deals quite a bit however, as we start to cmmunicate more and more through this section, a REPLY mention will be great. This way we could see who replies and when. Internal communication about contacts & deals made easy.  Example: On a deal I write a note to @user1. User 1 responds on the same note and mentions me (user 2) as well as @user3.. who is supposed to take action . However, if someone else comes and sees the notes, it's impossible to identify who responded to what. You can always guess but it will be best to have something like: User 1 says: Hey @user2 have you... and then. User 2 says: yes I have @user1. Please note @user3 is in charge.  Also, none of the notes written by someone else should be deleted.  Voila, no room for mistakes.    Thank you! ...read more

Hello HubSpot product team.  We understand that you can not do everything. But at the same time do we really need to add in the forum something that should be self-explanatory and obvious and wait for a year until is developed.  Let me give you some examples. Be able to contact a company without putting a contact. This post is there for a year and still is not done.   Multi-language support for email subscription pages.  This is not just a request from us as users and clients. This is actually becoming a law.  Or my favorite.. been able to see only my templates or only my forms or only my pages or only my email templates.....etc.. tec.. How obvious is that a user should be able to see his own staff before he is spammed and burry in things that other users are creating.  My point is that if you do not complete things that are obvious and self-explanatory adding new sexy features will not help us much.   Have a great weekend.  Emmanouil  PS. I realised after spending 2 hours trying to get the right reports on out dashboard, that I would now need to repeat this process 10 more times, as we need to see each vendor sales figures for each team.    We need to be able to clone the whole dashboard or be able to clone a report to a specific dashboard (not just to a new one).    Please let me know if anyone else has any shortcut ideas! ...read more

We would love to share the HubSpot Productivity Calendar with our internal staff, which uses G Suite's Google Calendar. Because Hubspot is a customer relationship management system, i thought it would be good to have built within it, a better way for staff to review support and customer services documents when talking with customers.   We are looking at setting this up outside of Hubspot in something like Microsoft SharePoint or even something as simple as Slack's version Tettra. Hi, Companies that have custom iOS apps need to be able to support universal links (deep links). This is where a user gets a link (via email or through other means), taps on that link, and then iOS automatically opens the company app referenced in that link.   Currently, it's not possible with hubspot, because we cannot upload to the root folder. It's simple to fix, all that apple requires is for us to host a static json file at https://mycompany.com/.well-known/apple-app-site-association. The biggest pain point I have with sequences is that when you are going to enroll someone in a sequence, the time each email goes out and when tasks are created iare inherited from the current time of day. If it is 10:04am, all of the emails/tasks default to that time.   Example:       As it is important that emails go out at better open rate times, it would be great if when creating the sequence, that you can set default times for emails to go out. Currently I have to waste a lot of time setting each one manually.   As an example, a sequence of 5 emails might be set upon creating the sequence to go out at 8am, 1:50am, 4pm, 8am, 8am, and I would be able to set that when creating the sequence. In the instance where I am starting a sequence at 10am and the first email default is 8am, it would ignore the default as it is a time in the past, or it could set that sequence to begin the following day at 8am. Or you could simply have a pop up prompt that asks if the user wants to send it now or the following day.     ...read more
