📞 Playbooks should have the option to not log as a call, it should be able to be completed without associating it to an activity. ✨ Playbooks should have the option to be required between stages (deal stages, ticket statuses, and lifecycle stages) 🔁 Playbook questions should be able to copy to a property natively without having an enterprise hub. This feature is SO POWERFUL for SMB and Mid-Market sales teams but never gets used because the enterprise hub isn't worth the upgrade to them. 📚 Playbook completion should be targetable with workflows. Hey!   Noticed a HUGE feature optimizations for playbooks when looking at an account that had multiple logs of the same playbook through association. (ie several deal playbooks rolled up to company) However each was for a different deal.    Main issue is that when a playbook is logged as a note, all you can see without expanding the activity is the name. This makes them look like identical notes with ZERO context until you expand.    It would be better if you could customize the playbook title/name using personalization tokens so it reads:    Closed Won Deal [DATE]  by [OWNER] with [Products] for $$$ Closed-Won Deal [DATE]  by [OWNER] with [Products] for $$$ Closed Won Deal [DATE]  by [OWNER] with [Products] for $$$   ...read more

We are starting to use Playbooks for sales and customer success purposes. It would be great to be able to create reports for the number of times they are used, and also by play book.   Currently Playbook activity is not identifiable as a reportable activity when building reports. ...read more

Would be very useful with some smartness to questions in Playbooks (similar to dependent fields in HubSpot forms), e.g. ff answer is  X on question 1, show question 1B, otherwise move on to question 2.   A Playbook can become quite tedious for a sales rep to scroll through when not all questions are relevant to the conversation.   Also great if a Playbook could update properties on multiple objects within the same Playbook. Playbooks are a nice feature (Although it's too bad the advanced data capture features are only for paid seats...).   One limitation to the current format is the drawn out Q&A format. Cna be large and blocky. (Makes the process feel longer than it actually is.    In terms of using playbooks to enforce process, we would prefer a checklist format. I tried looking for other submissions like this but didn't find one... We need the ability to move questions/fields around inside playbooks we're building.        Ex. We'd like to move the 1st question in a playbook to the end of the playbook.   Right now, that means we need to rebuild the playbook just to change the order of questions, and that's a pretty big barrier to Playbooks being useful for us in the spirit of agility and ability "pivot" certain aspects of our sales process if needed.  ...read more

We can access templates for emails but cannot access anything in our playbooks. That makes no sense to me.  If I'm mobile and want to send something from playbook like an agreement after a call to customer, I have to go outside the HubSpot to email it from a file source on my phone or have someone email it to me that is on a computer desktop and can access playbook files.  ...read more
