We work with clients again and again on multiple projects. We need to be able to save the same playbook to a record multiple times. Example, let's say there's a project planning playbook where we go through a set of questions that we ask the client and have pre-call research. We want to save this at the company level. We need this now, and for the project that comes up in a month, and we'll need it again a month after that. Currently you have to clear our the data field by field which is confusing. Playbooks - can they be set to re-set with no information in the questions after you use them once. For example we have a "quarterly call", when I use the playbook and fill it in and save it, then in the next call for that customer I want to do antoher playbook so I go back and open it for that next call and it has the answers to the questions I got from the last customer call I did. ... Hi there   Playbooks are becoming more used and accessible but its not really possible (without using a required field or tag in the playbook itself or automation based on completed fields - which is inaccurate) to actually see which sales team members are using playbooks, and who has completed which playbooks.   Being able to understand playbook usage could help understand what top-performing sales team members use and look at usage as a sales activity report. This would also help if you could look at this as part of the sales journey. This could help in finding out if playbook usage is part of the sales conversion journey.   This kind of reporting will also help sales teams who are trying to standardise sales processes and help sales leaders coach their teams. ... Currently my team uses many playbooks for multiple different ticket processes - although we can use playbooks in the helpdesk once logged we no longer see it in the helpdesk thread (does live on the ticket). Use Case: Sales needs to book time with demo team.  Demo team has scheduler page. Sales uses a deals playbook to provide details AND book time in the context of a deal.  Right now they have to leave playbook via hyperlink, schedule in another tab, transposed booked time back into playbook.       I've attempted to paste in the URL and embed code version from meetings tool into the embed content module of playbooks.  No luck.  This was really meant for media but why not expand use.     I've considered the forms portion of the meeting tool but then we can't leverage the context of the deal record.  Sales books this for their prospect (deal based) where the meeting tool is Contact centric.   I have 2 clients who could benefit from this and assume many SAAS companies have a similar model of tyring to arrange time with co-workers to close deals/ tickets.     ... Here are my ideas to add to the playbook section in HubSpot 1. Create a way to have parent and child questions or main questions and a sub question directly attached to the main question.  -----EXAMPLE------ 1. The styling on Playbooks makes Playbooks very hard to read and really messes with the usability of this tool. It would be great if you had more control over the fonts and font sizes, etc.   But at a minimum please make the size of the fonts relevant to the hierarchy of information so it is more readable and easier to use.   i.e. Current Experience 'Update {object} property ({property name)}' - is the largest text on the page 'Heading 3 'and the 'Question/Prompt' are the second largest text on the page 'Heading 4' is the third largest text on the page 'Paragraph' text is the smallest text on the page   It would be a lot easier to read and use if it was styled as per the following: 'Heading 3' should be the largest text on the page 'Heading 4' should be the second largest text on the page 'Question/Prompt' and 'Paragraph' text should be the same size 'Update {object property} (property name})' should be a grey tone and italicised    ...
