OUTDATED METHOD FOR UPLOADING & SAVING DOCUMENTS/FILES Nearly all software platforms nowadays offer ability for users to easily drag and drop files.  Instead of having to find, then select the file, then upload the file from the drive (3-4 steps every time).   The current method is like driving a vehicle and having to turn the vehicle on with a crank shaft, long outdated.     NEW FEATURE REQUEST - DRAG & DROP FILES/DOCUMENTS INTO HUBSPOT It makes so much sense and much easier if users could drag and drop files (1 step) into: a) Deals b) Notes c) Files / Documents / Ssale Documents / Playbook / Snippets / Templates d) Other areas within Hubspot   Benefits are enormous to HubSpot users.  Frees up users, sales teams, and agencies to focus on what they do best, rather than wasting valuable time using the old way of uploading documents.     ...read more

Our sales team uses Playbooks as their primary tool for updating information about contacts as they communicate with them. They have very robust playbook properties to update about the contacts they talk to. We are now introducing Custom Objects for "Brands" to be associated to Contacts and Deals.   We would like the ability to associate these custom objects to Contacts in Playbooks. I think this could similarly be useful to associate other record types like Deals and Companies in Playbooks as well.   The only problem is... does anyone else even use Playbooks to the extent that we do? They seem like the forgotten feature of HubSpot in terms of the amount of features they support. ...read more

ZoomGov or Zoom for Government is a more secure version of Zoom for companies who work with Government agencies. However, the user interfaces are exactly the same. We use ZoomGov for Sales meetings, customer meetings and marketing events like webinars. Because the login url is different than standard zoom, We are unable to login in order to install the Zoom integration. Here are two screenshots: HubSpot's Zoom login page       ZoomGov's login Page On the left, is the login page HubSpot sends me to when I click the "Install App" button on the Zoom integration page in the app marketplace. Notice, the URL bar at the top of the window is locked and can't be edited. On the right, is the login page that ZoomGov uses. The suffix to the company domain is .zoomgov.com instead of .zoom.us   It seems that the easy fix to this problem would be simply to allow a person to choose which zoom they have and serve the correct url for the login page. All of our other systems integrate with ZoomGov with no problem. Lack of support for our Zoom instance is preventing the sales team from migrating from Outreach to Sales Hub. ...read more

Hey!   Noticed a HUGE feature optimizations for playbooks when looking at an account that had multiple logs of the same playbook through association. (ie several deal playbooks rolled up to company) However each was for a different deal.    Main issue is that when a playbook is logged as a note, all you can see without expanding the activity is the name. This makes them look like identical notes with ZERO context until you expand.    It would be better if you could customize the playbook title/name using personalization tokens so it reads:    Closed Won Deal [DATE]  by [OWNER] with [Products] for $$$ Closed-Won Deal [DATE]  by [OWNER] with [Products] for $$$ Closed Won Deal [DATE]  by [OWNER] with [Products] for $$$   ...read more

I have a few clients that would love the ability to @mention individual team members in the notes section of playbooks.    Being able to @mention individual team members in the notes section of a playbook would enable them to flag certain team members to something that needs their attention when they are taking notes on a discovery call or when working a customer through a ticket. Having this functionality would improve the collaboration across multiple teams without having to build a more in-depth process outside of HubSpot. ie. They are taking notes and then when they are done they have to go and add additional notes outside of HubSpot on some other platform.    HubSpot already allows for this functionality in the notes section of an object card but not in the playbooks notes section.  ...read more

As far as I can tell from the API docs, there's no endpoints for interacting with Playbooks. If this is the case, the addition of such endpoints would be greatly appreciated! Otherwise, please add the documention for them. ...read more

We have a couple of Playbooks that update properties on the Deal Record Level. Sometimes the reps complete and log the playbook on the company level but it does not auto-associate with the deal the properties were updated for.  Unless it's manually associated it does not show up on the deal level, this causes the reps who are taking over the account to go back & forth between 2 records to look for playbook notes which is not efficient.  It'd really help if the Playbook note could auto associate with the deal it's updating the properties for ...read more

  Playbook Upgrades Needed! 1. Call Logging Option: Playbooks should allow us to log as a note, not just as a call. 2. Stage Requirements: We should be able to require playbooks at specific stages, like deal stages, ticket statuses, or lifecycle stages. 3 Copying Playbook Answers**: Playbook answers should be able to copy directly to a property without needing to finish the playbook. Right now, our team has to fill out the left column, then go to the playbook to see the pre-filled info. DOUBLE THE WORK! It would be much easier if they could trigger the copy to the property directly from the playbook, without needing to hit "submit" to save it. 4. Template Pre-population**: It would be helpful if templates could pre-populate while filling out the playbook, so they can be sent out immediately.
