Playbook reccomendations feel like spaghetti against the wall.    I'd like to have the ability to filter what playbooks show for certain object types. For instance-- It's great that we have the ability to reccomend playbooks. But the frequently used playbooks also show at the worng times.    Supression filters would be handy.  ...read more

OUTDATED METHOD FOR UPLOADING & SAVING DOCUMENTS/FILES Nearly all software platforms nowadays offer ability for users to easily drag and drop files.  Instead of having to find, then select the file, then upload the file from the drive (3-4 steps every time).   The current method is like driving a vehicle and having to turn the vehicle on with a crank shaft, long outdated.     NEW FEATURE REQUEST - DRAG & DROP FILES/DOCUMENTS INTO HUBSPOT It makes so much sense and much easier if users could drag and drop files (1 step) into: a) Deals b) Notes c) Files / Documents / Ssale Documents / Playbook / Snippets / Templates d) Other areas within Hubspot   Benefits are enormous to HubSpot users.  Frees up users, sales teams, and agencies to focus on what they do best, rather than wasting valuable time using the old way of uploading documents.     ...read more

We work with clients again and again on multiple projects. We need to be able to save the same playbook to a record multiple times. Example, let's say there's a project planning playbook where we go through a set of questions that we ask the client and have pre-call research. We want to save this at the company level. We need this now, and for the project that comes up in a month, and we'll need it again a month after that. Currently you have to clear our the data field by field which is confusing. As far as I can tell from the API docs, there's no endpoints for interacting with Playbooks. If this is the case, the addition of such endpoints would be greatly appreciated! Otherwise, please add the documention for them. ...read more

Use Case: Sales needs to book time with demo team.  Demo team has scheduler page. Sales uses a deals playbook to provide details AND book time in the context of a deal.  Right now they have to leave playbook via hyperlink, schedule in another tab, transposed booked time back into playbook.       I've attempted to paste in the URL and embed code version from meetings tool into the embed content module of playbooks.  No luck.  This was really meant for media but why not expand use.     I've considered the forms portion of the meeting tool but then we can't leverage the context of the deal record.  Sales books this for their prospect (deal based) where the meeting tool is Contact centric.   I have 2 clients who could benefit from this and assume many SAAS companies have a similar model of tyring to arrange time with co-workers to close deals/ tickets.     ...read more

Our sales team uses Playbooks as their primary tool for updating information about contacts as they communicate with them. They have very robust playbook properties to update about the contacts they talk to. We are now introducing Custom Objects for "Brands" to be associated to Contacts and Deals.   We would like the ability to associate these custom objects to Contacts in Playbooks. I think this could similarly be useful to associate other record types like Deals and Companies in Playbooks as well.   The only problem is... does anyone else even use Playbooks to the extent that we do? They seem like the forgotten feature of HubSpot in terms of the amount of features they support. ...read more

It's not useful to have "Notes:" and then line breaks after every question in the logged activity for filling out a playbook.   It makes the logged activity much longer than needed and makes it more difficult to navigate.   The question itself is a sufficient header before the answer.   It's cumbersome to delete all of this manually if you want to have a logged playbook entry that is concise and readable. ...read more

It would be great to have the functionality to create deals from playbooks. Meaning, a sales rep fills out a playbook collecting deal properties (so Sales Hub Enterprise level needed) although no deal currently exists and after filling out the playbook, the deal will be created automatically.   Problem today is, no deal properties can be gathered with a playbook if there is no existing deal yet.   This adds value in the sales process as reps have a more structured guideline in meetings/calls with prospects and do not have to jump back and forth between a deal object, contact object and playbook. ZoomGov or Zoom for Government is a more secure version of Zoom for companies who work with Government agencies. However, the user interfaces are exactly the same. We use ZoomGov for Sales meetings, customer meetings and marketing events like webinars. Because the login url is different than standard zoom, We are unable to login in order to install the Zoom integration. Here are two screenshots: HubSpot's Zoom login page       ZoomGov's login Page On the left, is the login page HubSpot sends me to when I click the "Install App" button on the Zoom integration page in the app marketplace. Notice, the URL bar at the top of the window is locked and can't be edited. On the right, is the login page that ZoomGov uses. The suffix to the company domain is .zoomgov.com instead of .zoom.us   It seems that the easy fix to this problem would be simply to allow a person to choose which zoom they have and serve the correct url for the login page. All of our other systems integrate with ZoomGov with no problem. Lack of support for our Zoom instance is preventing the sales team from migrating from Outreach to Sales Hub. ...read more
