Hey HS crew,   Not a critical issue by any means, but I think it would be a great ease-of-use feature to make multi-step playbooks.   Just as HS recently introduced multi-step forms, a multi-step playbook would make it super simple to use playbooks while on the phone with customers. Reps could navigate a couple of questions at a time to ensure focus, order, and the comprehensive completion of the playbook.   Right now, we have sprawling playbooks that look more like doctoral theses than a guide someone can use while mid-conversation. We can access templates for emails but cannot access anything in our playbooks. That makes no sense to me.  If I'm mobile and want to send something from playbook like an agreement after a call to customer, I have to go outside the HubSpot to email it from a file source on my phone or have someone email it to me that is on a computer desktop and can access playbook files.  ... It would be really good to have conditional logic on Playbooks, where if on question one the rep selects option A it displays question 2, if they select option B it jumps to question 3 etc. We have a wide variety of enquiries coming into Customer Service and Playbooks could be really beneficial to them, but at the moment I would either have to create multiple playbooks or have questions in there that are irrelevant for certain enquiries. I tried looking for other submissions like this but didn't find one... We need the ability to move questions/fields around inside playbooks we're building.        Ex. We'd like to move the 1st question in a playbook to the end of the playbook.   Right now, that means we need to rebuild the playbook just to change the order of questions, and that's a pretty big barrier to Playbooks being useful for us in the spirit of agility and ability "pivot" certain aspects of our sales process if needed.  ... Playbooks need to be able to be donwloadable or exportable from the contact or company's profile so that all of the notes and information is retained when extracted from HubSpot.  ... Mostrar más

The goal is to pull all the answers to question 1 together, and pull all answers to question 2 together, and so on... in a table format.  The value is bringing about insights and trends in an easy to view format.  When marketing and sales are asked to give product feedback to R&D, a playbook is a great way to capture those answers, however, how can i pull all the answers together? We are currently trying to enforce the use of playbooks for our sales reps, to ensure the correct logging of data and to automate follow-up task creation. Since we have a couple of different call types and activity types, they loose time while finding the correct playbook for each call or activity and opening it.  Ideally, the correct playbook would open by itself once a task is started. It's not useful to have "Notes:" and then line breaks after every question in the logged activity for filling out a playbook.   It makes the logged activity much longer than needed and makes it more difficult to navigate.   The question itself is a sufficient header before the answer.   It's cumbersome to delete all of this manually if you want to have a logged playbook entry that is concise and readable. ... We want our sales team to call specific contacts every month to do a 'health check' on the customer (ask questions to find out how the health of the account is doing), so we schedule recuring tasks. To get the right questions answered we have created a playbook for them to follow. However we want the playbook to apear in the scheduled task so they know that is what they are meant to do without needing to click out of the task then into the playbooks ... Mostrar más
