## Enhancing Recurring Services for Hubspot Payments with manually charging card on file.    Many customers pay for recurring services through payment links or quotes using Hubspot Payments.   Recently, a few customers requested to be charged for additional services via their account (credit card on file). It's strange that there is no payment description field on payment forms. If we want to embed a payment form on our website, we can't tell the invoice number they're paying for. That makes it difficult for our finance department to match payments to invoices. What's especially frustrating is that there's a description column in the payment details and reconciliation reports! Hey Team,   In considering moving our payment processing away from QBO and into HubSpot there is one major impediment standing in the way. Since the payment gateway is one HubSpot account with Stripe the tenant (or HubSpot client) doesn't have access to that gateway. It is common that credit card limits are hit at the time of attempted processing and payments may be declined.   The current setup requires the customer to go back and manually process their card again. This extra step makes it difficult for the HubSpot client to be in control of their payments. There should be a workaround or automated re-try to process the card on the next day.    How does the HubSpot client hold the customer to an agreement if they are unable to reprocess a card? For example, a customer signs up for a monthly payment for 5 months where they get full access to a product/service library. I would like the possability to hide Payment from Quota templet since we don't handel payment this way. Right now it is up to the user to remove this when they create a quote for a client and this is not perfect I think. ... Mehr anzeigen

It would be VERY useful to allow us to add offline payment methods on quotes or on a form. Currently, it appears you can only set as "no payment", "hubspot payments" or "Stripe". I am working on implementing HubSpot for my client. I was looking at using the Payment Schedule feature on Quotes, but it seems you cannot use that at present if you have recurring Line Items on your Quote. Is this going to change in future?
