It would be amazing to be able to include product line items on the payment link pages that are optional to customers. Right now, they can't opt out via a 0 quantity as a workaround either.    We have our consulting services broken into tiers based on a set number of service hours. I'd love to have the ability to include a line item for additional hours as an (optional) option where they can add a quantity of their choosing if they anticipate needing more time with us for a project or the sort.    I also think this would be a game changer for a lot of other companies that may want to include optional upgrade or product line items on the payments link pages.    YOU CAN DO IT HUBSPOT WIZARDS! Currently, all payment information is being stored in the contact property and there isn't an option at this time to do a Payment property.    Have the custom properties that we as users have added to the payment link also appear in the payments tab or have an area where we can see said properties and have it attributed to which client entered the info from the payment link.   As a result, this would make all the relevant information about payments easier to view.     ...read more

Wish you had the ability to enter cash payments for quotes. Some institutions pay by purchase order which in turn results in a check being sent. No way to handle that in the system currently. This accounts for 25% of our client base. ...read more

We should be able to choose the business unit (branding) for each HubSpot payment link created. Currently we are only able to use the default (first) business unit branding for HubSpot payment links. Our second and third business units have the wrong logo and branding. We CAN choose business units with HubSpot meeting links. Payment links should work the same way:)  ...read more

Quotes is an amazing tool to use in HubSpot. However, we have a limit of up to 150 e-signatures only per month. Everytime a new quote is published, whether it is recalled&edited, it adds to the count.    I would like to have a way where it can free up space such as when we delete old unsigned e-signature quote and drafts, but this is not possible at the moment.   If only we can delete unsigned published quotes, to free up space. ...read more
