It should be possible to edit all system emails for payments, like successful payments, payment reminders, and failed payment alerts. We want to customize this copy to increase the liklihood that users act on these emails. If some of them need to contain specific content for compliance reasons, it should be possible to edit an introductory paragraph, or add simple copy to the email which gets included in a standard template. E.g. allow the user to add a message before or after the payment info in the receipt email, even if the receipt part is generated by Hubspot. I'd also suggest that a record of any automatic or manually sent Hubspot system emails should show up in the contact's activity list. ...その他を表示

Allowing for the ability to delay when a payment is initiated on a signed quote would be a big benefit. My partner and I are trying to use HS payments instead of signing and then setting up in Bill.com.    However, to get customers we sometimes need to delay kickoff and the payments will always immediately trigger a pull from the bank which isn't always ideal for our customers.    Thanks for the consideration!   Jake ...その他を表示

I am working on implementing HubSpot for my client. I was looking at using the Payment Schedule feature on Quotes, but it seems you cannot use that at present if you have recurring Line Items on your Quote. Is this going to change in future? We use payment links and quotes, once a subscriber is active in the system and is on a recurring payment sometimes the CC fails. I know it sends a notication but I want to be able to personalize it.     I have created 3 emails to be sent to the subscriber if the payments are late, a 30, 60 and 90 days. It would be awesome if the "update your payment method" was a token you could insert into emails. Then these emails can be used in workflows that would direct them to update their payment method or make the overdue payment.    It is currently a very manual process and has to be done and each individual Contacts profile. It would be great if when a link is sent to a customer to update their payment records (for example when a payment fails), it would be possible to find a record of it somewhere. If someone from the sales or finance team sends out the link with the email, there is no way of knowing that it has been done or when it has been done, and also no confirmation that it worked.  At the moment we have no way of proving to the buyer that we have done what is our responsibility, and there is a risk that the buyer gets bombarded with update payment method emails.  ...その他を表示

I'm working on an event with paid registration, and I need a way within HS to accept more than one registration per order. I have included the quantity option (great!), but I also need to collect individual registration contact info.   Example: Buyer is registering for multiple people and each person needs to receive their own confirmation and event details and we need a list of all registrants. (These are small-scale workshops, so I don't need tickets.)   I have used Eventbrite and Shopify in the past to manage event registrations, but was so hopeful with the HS payment feature that I could manage it ALL in HS. For now I'll have to use another product. But this addition to the purchase/payment feature would meet our needs and greatly simplify the event management process!   Thanks! ...その他を表示
