We should be able to choose the business unit (branding) for each HubSpot payment link created. Currently we are only able to use the default (first) business unit branding for HubSpot payment links. Our second and third business units have the wrong logo and branding. We CAN choose business units with HubSpot meeting links. Payment links should work the same way:)  ...read more

Currently, all payment information is being stored in the contact property and there isn't an option at this time to do a Payment property.    Have the custom properties that we as users have added to the payment link also appear in the payments tab or have an area where we can see said properties and have it attributed to which client entered the info from the payment link.   As a result, this would make all the relevant information about payments easier to view.     ...read more

Currently "Subscriptions" for contacts or companies are created when a buyer makes a purchase using a payment link configured to collect recurring payments, or a quote integrated with payments that includes recurring line items.   It would be great to provide the ability to create a subscription manually – for those who want to track subscriptions but do not necessarily use HubSpot to process a payment.  In our case, we want to track subscriptions for subscribers paying via invoice. Or import existing subscriptions without requiring customers to go through the HubSpot Payment process. ...read more

Who: This is a valuable feature for marketing and Sales.    What: The goal is to use a round-robin calendar to make all of our consultants' time slots available on one view, and have the client pay for the time slot to confirm the consultation time they booked. This is currently possible on a one to one calendar (great addition of the payments feature here by the Hubspot team).    Value: This will allow us to show maximum consultant availability while still gating booking a consultation with payment.    Looking forward to hearing feedback from Hubspots product team on this. Hi! I'm posting this on behalf of a customer. Currently, when a contact makes a second purchase with the same payment link, the second payment will be associated with the deal but the deal's line items and deal amount will not be automatically updated with the second purchase. At this moment, we have to manually edit the deal's line item to increase the quantity to 2 (or more) in order for the line item and deal amount to include the additional purchase.    It would be great if there's a way we can have the deal's line items automatically updated (so the deal amount also gets automatically updated) whenever a payment is associated with the deal. The customer's use case here is that they sell event seats so an example is an existing contact bought a seat and a deal is created. The contact then purchases another seat for the same event using the same payment link but this addiitonal seat purchased does not get included in the deal's line items and deal amount. We could potentially consider having a new deal created for each additional seat purchased but I think in some cases, customers prefer to have just one deal for a similar purchase and to just have the deal amount increased accordingly, rather than having multiple deals.    Thank you! ...read more

It would be great if HubSpot could automatically adjust the final payment of a recurring payment that has been canceled so that the customer only has to pay for the days up until the cancellation date.  For example, if the payment is renewed on the 1st of every month and the customer cancels with the end date being the 23rd, they should only pay up until the 23rd and get a discount for the remaining days.  ...read more

Greetings HubSpoters,   With recent price increases and market instabilities, my company has been in search of new ways to offer value, reward loyalty, and ease the cost of our services.    We are an annual recurring membership.   In recent years we have incorporated several avenues in which our members may organically earn benefits that can pay their yearly membership fees in full and/or use toward other applications.    This has added a struggle for us in the form of refunds/additional transaction fees and more time spent managing payments.    I would like to be able to add one-time discounts for the application of those benefits that are earned throughout the year.
