HubSpot's system is not able to change a Paid status invoice back to Open status invoice. There are times when you click things too quickly or maybe the check bounced and it needs to get re-opened. I can't believe HubSpot would not adjust common errors like this. If you are worried about invoices being arbitrarily changed, maybe enter a password to accept the change like some programs offer.

In Germany, there is a need to send invoices in an electronic / digital format as an XML File from 1st of January , 2025. This means not only sending a PDF but a special coded / formatted XML file which contains all information of the invoice to process this automatically. The name is Zugferd, and it stands for a German acronym. The German law is based on an EU-directive (in France there is a similar law/system). Although there is a transition period next year for smaller companies, bigger companies have to fulfill the new law. HubSpot should support sending invoices as XML too.

At this time, carts and orders are only available when you have an ecommerce integration like Netsuite or Shopify, although the API appears to be generally available. Would it be possible to make orders available in the HubSpot portal (and make it possible to associate them to other objects/records) as well? This would be such a great feature for all HubSpot customers with an ERP/ecommerce integration.

Hi, It would be beneficial for customers to delete Subscription payments found in Commerce Hub. Customers will want to test creating a subscription before sending a live bill to a customer for billing. We love how HubSpot will auto create Recurring Invoices by way of "Subscriptions" and then send them right over to Quickbooks. The problem is, a lot of our clients want those invoices emailed to more than one person. Currently HubSpot only allows us to put one email recipient in for the automatic emailing of the recurring invoices. This means every month I have to set a reminder to go into Quickbooks and manually email those invoices out to the other recipients at each client. As we grow this is going to become a bigger and bigger task. Please create the functionality to have more than 1 contact as a recipient for recurring invoice emails.

When forms are submitted, because the payments section and form itself are on separate pages, my client is able to submit a form without completing the payment section. The form then reaches its designated inbox, without payment being made, and shows "Open" in yellow under the payments section. If a form has a payment, it should not be able to be bypassed without the payment being submitted. If a payment is not received the form should never even reach the inbox. Please edit this so that a form with payments can NOT be submitted without the payment portion being completed.

Background: The legacy Stripe integration was retired in the recent days and replaced by a new instance of the integration. When payments were recorded in the past, the transaction included the details of the quote that was paid in the metadata. That information was quite useful for the operations team to quickly traceback the paid quotes. Issue: With the new integration, the information about the quote got lost and only not very helpful internal transaction data is recorded. Request: Please bring back the quote information to the Stripe transaction metadata Transaction before (Legacy) Transaction Now (New Integration)

We often need discount codes to only apply for a certain period of time. It would be great if the Discount Code functionality had a "Set inactive after" field or, even better, allowed you to apply both Start and End dates to the discount.

We have a client who runs a membership organization. Some members pay automatically via a card on file (recurring payment subscriptions) and most are invoiced (recurring billing subscriptions) but on the contact records we can't tell by looking at the subscription card which is which. It would be great for the default card to indicate it as such.

This guide shows how to test a payment link: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/payment-links/test-payment-links HOWEVER, this just gives you a stand-alone test link. That is minimally helpful as we should be able to test a payment in the environment it's actually used. For example, there is a payment field type that is an option for custom modules. I want to test payments through the module and see the process through as a user would see it... and then be able to make any necessary adjustments as needed. The easiest fix would be to add the option to put the entire payment account into test mode, or even select payment links. This is a big hole at the moment as other payment gateway solutions all have this.
