Currently we have subscription models in HubSpot. But if we have created different levels of subscription and provide additional benefit in each tier, how would the customer upgrade? There's no such option present at the moment. Few things that I feel we should incorporate: Ability to create membership tiers > Level 1, Level 2, so and so forth. Ability to upgrade specific memebership> Level 1 to Level 2 or Level 2 to Level 3, etc. Widget available to use on any external site or portal so the customer can directly upgrade on the front-end/User-side. Auto-update in the backend and intimation to the owners/respective support team of the change. Payment - ability to select payment ugrade. 2 ways to do it> customer to be billed for balance payment of the upgraded level now and from next billing cycle the invoice would reflect the latest payment. second> if they make the payment now, maybe the upgraded subcription to begin next billing cycle and accordingly we can provide them access to the upgraded tier.
