With payment links, we can only control who can make these payments by country. Our company sells primarily B2B solutions, but we use payment links directly from our website for a few consumer products. Recently we've received a few orders from Alaska. This is a state where we cannot ship this particular product, but currently, beyond a text-based note on the product page, there isn't a way to disallow a user from checking out, eventually necessitating a refund on our end. If HubSpot implemented more granularity for the locations where payments can be accepted, it would solve this headache!
