The standard invoice template is very limiting, and it can be frustrating to have no control over how it looks, what's included (or not included), and etc. For example, traditionally we have our mailing address as well as a contact email and contact phone number at the top of our invoices. The invoicing tool doesn't allow for this at all. The quote tool allows for custom templates, and extending quote template customization to the invoice tool seems like a logical next step that would solve some other problems I've also seen among customers on these forums.

I have a product I'd like to sell on my website that allows the option to Ship or Pick Up. I'm able to include a form field under Contact info in the Settings tab that let's them choose Shipping or Pick Up as an option, but I am not able to use a Logic field to hide the shipping fee if a customer selects Pick Up.

Currently, if both ACH and CC/Debit payment methods are enabled by default, the payment starts by default in the CC option. I (and most of our clients) would prefer to use the ACH option. My suggestion is to allow setting ACH as the primary payment method to enter by default, with CC still being avaialble.

Currently, when using the stripe integration in a quote, recurring payments have to be manually cancelled in stripe, when the defined period for the article is over. That is because the Stripe Integration cannot be used with a defined period in the quote. All articles with recurring payments must have an unlimited period (e.g. billing frequency: monthly, period = 0). It does not help when you want to speed up and automate your processes. Having Stripe/Hubspot automatically cancel the payments when the defined period is over, would really help.

When adding articles with a recurring payment to a quote, it is currently not possible to add tax to the individual articles. But that is necessary, because right now you can only add one tax on the total amount. Articles with a recurring payment dont include tax after the first payment (read here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/de/quotes/use-quotes#angebote-erstellen)

It happens that we often sell a service as a promotion to attract new customers and give a 100% discount on it, ex: a free consultation. I want to be able to invoice it to record the work done and have it record as a $0.00 item. However HubSpot won't let me finalize an invoice if the total is $0.00. Why not? This seems like a very silly limitation. Even a negative total invoice is possible if there's a refund which should be added (e.g. subtracted) to the revenue totals. If the value is <= $0.00, the payment link could simply be removed from the invoice to avoid problems with the payment processor. Refunds would be handled outside of HubSpot. Another use for this is for testing invoices by since you can add a product item and give a 100% discount and it won't affect revenue reports. Otherwise, you have to create a dummy test deal and filter it out from reports. Of course, a sandbox option in HubSpot would be much better, but this would be an acceptable woraround for most people. Please fix this!

We have been using the hubspot payment system for our online training classes for a couple of years. We needed a shopping cart feature, so we decided to integrate with Shopify. Our set up seems to be going well. We would like to have a option for "bill me". So people can either pick a class and pay by credit card right away. I do see the Klarna option where the payment is split over 4 payments. We would like a "bill me" option as well. Does anyone have a workaround for this? Thank in advance for any ideas. As of the moment, we can see that the options avaiable for payments include Credit/debit, google/apple pay and ACH (US banks only). We do have clients that want to pay using a european account which uses IBAN. Is there a way to for us to process those?

Hi! My company sells software that often requires phased roll out across units. We sell the whole business upfront but there are tranches of units that roll onto the contract as the unique start dates pass. We'd like the ability to have all of these tranches renew on the same date, while pro-rating each tranche for year 1 of the agreement/quote. For example, new customer "real estate owner A" has 100 units, each of which cost $1/year on a contract that begins Jan 1. So: 25 units start on Jan 1 ($25 for year 1 = $25) 25 units start on April 1 ($25 x 3/4 for year 1 = $18.75) 25 units start July 1 ($25 x 2/4 for year 1 = $12.50) 25 units start Oct 1 ($25 x 1/4 for year 1 = $6.25) This customer would pay us a total of $62.50 in year one but all of those would renew for the full year at $100. BONUS POINTS: Allow us to charge for the full $62.50 upon quote execution, instead of collecting payment as each tranche goes live. Is this possible/on the roadmap?
