Bonjour la Communauté Hubspot, Je m'appelle Vincent MABIRE, fondateur de Norexpans', un cabinet de conseil en Business Development, basé à Paris (et donc prescripteur de solutions CRM...)   J'ai récemment regroupé toute la gestion de mon business dans Hubspost, incluant les outils de devis, de signatures, de factures et de solutions de paiement.    A présent, pour les nouveaux clients, je suis sur le point de parvenir à envoyer systématiquement tous mes devis pour signature directement via l'outil Hubspot.    Cependant, concernant mes clients actuels, je voudrais continuer de leur envoyer mes factures mensuelles, mais à présent directement depuis Hubspot aussi, pour me simplifier ma vie et la leur aussi.  Actuellement ils payent mensuellement nos services par virement bancaires. Donc, j'aimerais leur proposer de continuer de payer via virement bancaire, maintenant, directement depuis la facture mensuelle (envoyée depuis Hubspot).  Mon besoin (exprimé par mes clients réguliers):  - recevoir une facture mensuelle facile à archiver - Pouvoir payer directement par virement depuis la facture (en 1 clic).    A ce jour, Hubspot, au travers de ses nouvelles options, propose seulement : la carte de crédit et le prélèvement bancaire, grâce à l'API avec Stripe notamment. Ma suggestion est : 1) Intégrer la solution de virement bancaire directlement depuis la facture. (et pourquoi pas le réglement d'accompte par virement directement depuis les devis) 2) Proposer à nos clients l'envoi de facture mensuelle (sur laquelle nous n'ayons que le contenu et le montenant à vérifier, depuis une trame à remplir la première via la liste de produits à intégrer)  3) Proposer à nos clients une solution de paiement par virement bancaire mensuel lorsque le montant est toujours le même (pour les prestations par abonnement par exemple.)    Parvenir à proposer l'automatisation pour les suggestions 2 et 3 serait le Nec Plus Ultra pour nous tous : Utilisateurs Hubspot et clients finaux. Je sais que je ne suis pas le seul utilisateur Hubspot à proposer d'être payé par virement à mes clients. La plupart d'entre nous utilisons à présent cette solution (notamment en BtoB).    Donc je suis convaincu que cette proposition attirera l'intérêt de la Communauté Hubspot et l'équipe de Développement Hubspot (marketing, outil) !  Membres de la communauté Hubspot, vous vous reconaissez dans ce que je viens de présenter, Merci donc de soutenir ma demande. Hi the Hubspot community, My name is Vincent MABIRE, Norexpans's founder, a french Business Development consulting office, based in Paris.  I recently gathered all my business management in Hubspost, including : quotes, invoices, signatures and paiement solutions.    Now, for new customers: sending quotes for signatures is close to be "OK".    However, regarding to my currents customers, I would like continue to send them my monthly invoices, but now via Hubspot too, to make my life easier, and their own as well.  Actually they monthly pay my services by bank transfer. So, I would like propose them to continue to pay it via bank transfer, now, directly from the monthly invoice.  My requirement (from my current customers):  - receive a monthly invoice easy to archive - Be able to pay directly from those invoices by bank transfer.    Nowadays, Hubspot, with their new options, only proposes paiement by : credit card, and debiting, thanks to Stripe API, for instance. My suggestion is: 1) integrate bank transfer solution directly from our invoices, 2) propose to our customer monthly invoice sending (where we just have to check the content and amount)  3) propose to our customer a monthly bank transfer paiment solution when the amount is every months the same (for monthly subscriptions in particular.)    An authomatisation for the suggestion 2 and 3 should be the best solution for all of us: Hubspot users and final customer. I know i'm not the only one Hubspot's user proposing to be paid by bank transfer to my customers. Most of us are now using this paiement solution.  So, I'm sure this proposition will attract Hubspot Community and Hubspot Development Team interest !  Thanks to support my requirement. Currently when a custom line item is added to a payment link, the custom line item is not auto-created as a product. Even the option to create as a product would be valuable.   As a company who uses Quickbooks and sends our date to Quickbooks for invoice creation, we can't send custom line item data to Quickbooks. There is no way to currently filter for custom line items - only products, deals, and list memberships.   Unfortunately, a deal is not always created especially when using a payment link as it can be redundant.   The simple solution of auto-creation or even the option to create as a product would be helpful so invoice creation in Quickbooks can occur seamlessly. ... Hi,   We would love to use and take advantage of the Subscriptions module available to us in HubSpot.   However, your configurator is forcing us to sign up to Stripe for payments here in the UK. (Is that even allowed or legal in a fair and open market?)   We have BACs setup and all of our client subscription payments use this.   I hope a fix can be applied so we can bypass Stripe and use BACS instead and this part of HubSpot to it full advantage.   Many thanks ... We are loving payment links so far. I think it would be beneficial to implement a feature that automatically changes the payment currency based on the customer's location. While we can create payment links in different currencies, maintaining these links can be cumbersome, especially when there are pricing changes. ... Afficher plus
