Hi,   We would love to use and take advantage of the Subscriptions module available to us in HubSpot.   However, your configurator is forcing us to sign up to Stripe for payments here in the UK. (Is that even allowed or legal in a fair and open market?)   We have BACs setup and all of our client subscription payments use this.   I hope a fix can be applied so we can bypass Stripe and use BACS instead and this part of HubSpot to it full advantage.   Many thanks ...read more

We are loving payment links so far. I think it would be beneficial to implement a feature that automatically changes the payment currency based on the customer's location. While we can create payment links in different currencies, maintaining these links can be cumbersome, especially when there are pricing changes. ...read more

(1) It would enhance the user experience if we could include a picture representing the product or service on the payment link page. This visual cue is crucial as it's the final page users see before making a purchase.   (2) Currently, I've noticed that I can't customize the hover color of the payment link. The ability to configure a single payment link, and be able to share that link to our list so they can make purchases.   Example:   We configure a 47$ product in Hubspot. And produce the shareable link.   Then in our marketing email copy, we post that link in our email and allow clients to purchase it directly.   Right now, even though we toggle OFF one-time use, once a client transacts with the shareable link... the link is of no use anymore.   Instead it goes to a checkout confirmation page for the last person who bought which is no good ...read more

We sell a cybersecurity hardware device. This device has a line item for; 1) Hardware, 2) Software License, and 3) Support. We sell one, three, and five year increments of software and support. Unfortunately, HubSpot Payments can only accomodate a one year Line Item. I am switching to Stripe for this reason, though I would rather not.    If HubSpot Payments can accept multi-year purchases and renewals, then we will switch back.  ...read more

There currently isn't an option in Payments settings to disable the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy listings on the Payment checkout pages. We don't want to list all this information out on our checkout pages. When forms are submitted, because the payments section and form itself are on separate pages, my client is able to submit a form without completing the payment section. The form then reaches its designated inbox, without payment being made, and shows "Open" in yellow under the payments section. If a form has a payment, it should not be able to be bypassed without the payment being submitted. If a payment is not received the form should never even reach the inbox.
