Hey folks, Is there a possiblity in HubSpot(HS) to hide a mandatory number field and display a custom field instead, to conform to Localization requirements?  I am exploring this in lieu of the Invoicing sequencing since we cannot amend the custom sequence numbers in Invoicing below the 1001 mark. We could use a solution of activating a custom field input to meet that requirement, however the issue is when I display the Invoice both my original HS Sequenced Invoice number and my correct Custom Field Invoice number would be displayed!  I need only one to display by hiding the Mandatory HS Invoice number. Is this possible or are there any workarounds to accomadate this localization requirement?   ... Mehr anzeigen

We have a client who runs a membership organization. Some members pay automatically via a card on file (recurring payment subscriptions) and most are invoiced (recurring billing subscriptions) but on the contact records we can't tell by looking at the subscription card which is which.  It would be great for the default card to indicate it as such.   ... Hello Hubspot.    Not sure if i'm missing something, but I can't find any way to issue a credit memo or partial refund for an already paid invoice.    We collect payment in full from our clients upfront for services we render. In this situation, one of the services weren't required after the payment had been made and we needed to issue a partial refund.    The problem is that there is no way for us to account for this refund and tie it to the invoice in hubspot.    Please help! ... Currently you can associate invoices with multiple contacts but you cannot associate subscriptions to multiple contacts. For invoices that are auto-generated from subscriptions, that means you can only send those invoices automatically to one contact. You also cannot send email reminders to multiple contacts associated with the subscription. Likewhise Deal offers, we suggest to also allow templates for invoices. This would allow us to decide on alligning dataset descriptions rather than by dataset only, or to play with the background or paper used. I am sure there are more usecases.   ... Mehr anzeigen
