It is not unusual for our customers to use an invoice that we send to generate a PO number as the first step in their payment process. They then request that we send back the invoice, updated with the PO number. Currently, there is nowhere to add the PO number aside from the comments section. We have to unpublish the invoice, edit it, and hope they see the PO number in that unusual location. Can you add a PO number section to the invoice templates AND a way to update the invoice without unpublishing?

Quotes is an amazing tool to use in HubSpot. However, we have a limit of up to 150 e-signatures only per month. Everytime a new quote is published, whether it is recalled&edited, it adds to the count. I would like to have a way where it can free up space such as when we delete old unsigned e-signature quote and drafts, but this is not possible at the moment. If only we can delete unsigned published quotes, to free up space.

We use the 'fixed payments' features for individuals to purchase our courses. Most of these payments are completed over 2 - 3 months. It would be great to have the ability for HubSpot to automatically send the Contact an email reminding them about this upcoming payment. This would ensure that the card is charged the first time successfully and prevent us from having to update the card on file if it has changed for an individual.

In addition to a signature box, it would be great if we could ask questions in the Quote builder. For example radio buttons for eligibitliy to buy a product, or a single line field to let us know how they meet that criteria.

Can we get payment schedule added to the template so every quote can auto generates them? Along with this add a persentage of total so price can also auto generate for the payment schedule.?

Currently, it is not possible to charge customers a processing fee when they use credit cards to pay. So that means we loose 2.9% in fees from HubSpot every time a person pays with a credit card. It would be ideal to be able to card an processing fee to the customer so we can recoup the cost of the fee.

It should be possible to edit all system emails for payments, like successful payments, payment reminders, and failed payment alerts. We want to customize this copy to increase the liklihood that users act on these emails. If some of them need to contain specific content for compliance reasons, it should be possible to edit an introductory paragraph, or add simple copy to the email which gets included in a standard template. E.g. allow the user to add a message before or after the payment info in the receipt email, even if the receipt part is generated by Hubspot. I'd also suggest that a record of any automatic or manually sent Hubspot system emails should show up in the contact's activity list.

If a user has a payment plan subscription, e.g. $50/mo for 6 mo, and their payment fails at some point, currently only one automated email is sent. We want to send several reminder emails before canceling their subscription. We can send the emails using a subscription workflow, but there's no way to include the "update payment method" link in those emails. So there's no call to action. The user would need to look back in their inbox for the automated payment failed email from Hubspot and click that link. Or reply to the email and ask us to send them the link. Additionally, the update payment link should be *viewable* by Hubspot users. I should be able to see it, copy and paste it into a text message or an email or anywhere else. Right now I can only request Hubspot to send it directly to the user.
