HubSpot's system is not able to change a Paid status invoice back to Open status invoice. There are times when you click things too quickly or maybe the check bounced and it needs to get re-opened. I can't believe HubSpot would not adjust common errors like this. If you are worried about invoices being arbitrarily changed, maybe enter a password to accept the change like some programs offer.

We have recurring billing set up for contacts via subscriptions. Occasionally, we have a contact request to stop a subscription from auto-renewing, but keep their subscription active through its original end date. As an example, a user requests that their subscription, which is billed annually beginning in April 2024, not be auto-renewed in April 2025. The user has already payed for April 2024-March 2025 and does not want a refund; they want to keep their subscription active until that period ends. It would be great if auto-renewal was something we could edit (turn off only is fine) on user subscriptions so that we don't have to manually manage cancellations which have a high potential of creating out-of-sync data.

Nosotros inscribimos a muchos alumnos en cursos a través del enlace de pago, luego cada alumno tiene un negocio, lo que sucede es que el negocio que se crea tienen todos el mismo nombre y cuando queremos combinar con el bueno al llamarse todos igual nos cuesta primero personalizar el nombre del negocio procedente de Stripe para poder localizarlo y poder combinarlo con el correcto, esto nos resta operatividad y tiempo, uego que cuando se hace el pago se cree con el nombre del alumno, muchas gracias

It would be outstanding if we could test payments in Sandbox. I don't mean the standalone payment, but the concept of building a workflow that triggers a payment. I would like to be able to test the workflow all the way through to the absolute end which includes submitting the payment.

With the old Stripe payments app, it was possible to add multiple discounts to a Quote in the Summary section. The new Stripe version does not allow it, but it should. Our team has used the option of multiple discounts for years and it is crucial for our practices. Adding Unit Discounts is not an option for us, since it is incompatible when syncing to QuickBooks. Please add this option back into the new Stripe version and allow your users to use the old version until this is fixed. Without this option, the new Stripe app is an inferior product to the old one. Thanks.

Hubspot quotes should generate an invoice that contains the same content in the 'comments' section as the quote it is automatically generated from. Currently the Hubspot workflow of creating quotes -> subscriptions -> automatic invoices are not compliant with HRMC. I use the Hubspot Quotes feature to allow my customers to pay for the software we sell, this creates a recurring subscription and automatically sends an invoice upon payment. This is a perfect workflow. In the quote, we place some essential information in the 'comments' section, including the VAT number and Customer Identity number. This information is essential to good accounting practice. However, this information is not reflected in the invoice automatically generated and sent out, which makes all of these invoices uncompliant with HRMC's best practices. I cannot use the native invoice function in Hubspot as it doesn't allow you to create subscriptions.
