Can you please add a feature to set default payment schedules for quotes so we don't have to enter it in each time we send a quote.   For example, it sets the default schedule to three payments   Deposit (10% of total) Start of production (40% of total) Prior to handover (50% of total)    This would save the sales team a lot of time as they currently need to manually put in the same payment schedule for each quote.   Hope that makes sense! ...read more

There are a lot of businesses in the UK and in Europe that would like to be able to accept payment in the portal itself but can't as it's only offered for USA customers at the moment.  I think this is quite short sighted and would be great to quickly open up to other users. This could easily expand the value that Hubspot is giving to these clients, so they could be up-sold to other Hubspot services and would probably do more marketing for DM Agencies as a result. ...read more

Sometimes you test out a product and it just doesn't work, so rather than go through with it, you decide to cut your loses and sell your expensive leads something else that is more proven. But how do you refund these people their money on Hubspot currently? One. By. One.  This proves to be quite the tedious task when you've sold 100+ of a product (we were shooting for closer to 400 with the ad budget).  I propose that the Hubspot team develops a feature to issue bulk refunds for a product, payment, payment link or deal. Any of the above. This is in line with their goals of bringing more payments onto Hubspot (adding invoices, subscriptions, etc.).  1. Twofold needed additions to payments:   1. I'm looking for a way, in both payment links and quotes with "pay now" links, to automatically add a "surcharge" of 3% (of the total) ONLY IF (based on the condition that) their total is over $1,500 AND they selected CREDIT CARD as the payment type.   2. I'd like to have the ability to add properties to Payments, such as "Payment Message", "Customer Number" and "Invoice." Right now, when someone makes a payment, we have to use the "comment" property on the Contact record to get any message from the Customer regarding the payment (invoice number, question, comment, etc). Currently, for payment forms, the only option to cancel a user's recurring charge is for the customer to reach out, and a super admin must cancel their charge — this is a relatively complicated process, and customers should be able to cancel their subscription themselves, in real-time.    Implementing a self-serve payment cancellation feature for customers would streamline work on the admin side and prevent issues with delays in cancellation. Let us automatically enable and disable the payment link based on inventory levels.    I run a podcast and want to have no more than five sponsors. If I were to do something crazy and put the payment link on a public facing page for people to click, I worry about all the what-ifs and not the thing that's more likely to happen. What if 20 people click the link and I generate $60,000 in revenue? That's a lot of revenue. I'd probably have to start spending more on HubSpot. 😅 🤣   Okay all joking aside, what if I sell 6 or 7 of these? I don't want to over-sell my sponsorships—this isn't an airplane.    Let's make it so products that are inventoried can have an inventory amount added to the platform so we can shut down sales when inventory dries up.   Or if you need to make it simpler, give me a way to set a "max active" subscriptions or something?   Thanks! ...read more
