We are currently using HubSpot quotes w/Stripe integration. We want to start converting quotes to invoices as a standard through HubSpot. However, if a quote is paid, you no longer have the option to convert it to an invoice. This is a problem because we have quotes that are often paid without us knowing that the customer wanted to move forward (which is great!), so no chance to convert to invoice because the Stripe payment option was the call to action allowing them to move forward. However, the problem is that we still need to produce an invoice for them showing it has been "paid in full" for their records. If there is an option to still produce an invoice in this case, and show it as being paid in full, this would be fantastic. ...read more

Hubspot Payment Links as a field option for forms are helpful, though I'm finding limits within the initial release.    Currently, there's only the option to have one 'payment link dropdown'  and no way to tie that to logic for dependent fields.    As the product continues to iterate, it would be great to allow payment link fields to display tied into dependent field logic of other properties.    This way, rather than a laundry list of payment link options, a more curated and relevant list of payment options could be displayed for the audience in question without having to create multiple forms.    I anticipate seeing longer-term improvements to the logic + and customization options for payment link forms and hope that we keep seeing more flexibility here!   ...read more

We are trying to sell a service via hubspot payments but the format of the number appears depending on the language your browser is set up.   Which means it makes it a little tricky to understand the currency and the number format.   Its little details but I think It would be really helpful if the user can choose language and currency so that it is very clear for the users. ...read more

At the moment, Hubspot offers payments only in US dollars.  It will be good to add the British pound so we do not have to use two or more separate systems for processing payment.   ...read more
