Hey Team, In considering moving our payment processing away from QBO and into HubSpot there is one major impediment standing in the way. Since the payment gateway is one HubSpot account with Stripe the tenant (or HubSpot client) doesn't have access to that gateway. It is common that credit card limits are hit at the time of attempted processing and payments may be declined. The current setup requires the customer to go back and manually process their card again. This extra step makes it difficult for the HubSpot client to be in control of their payments. There should be a workaround or automated re-try to process the card on the next day. How does the HubSpot client hold the customer to an agreement if they are unable to reprocess a card? For example, a customer signs up for a monthly payment for 5 months where they get full access to a product/service library. Even if the customer signs a 5-month contract they can avoid payment for services if their payment method fails one time.

Yo soy de Argentina y me gustaria comenzar a efecturar algunas facturas electronicas y establecer formas de pago locales pero no estan disponibles. Por otro lado me gustaria saber si se puede integrar mas herramientas de INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICAL

Hubspot Payment Links as a field option for forms are helpful, though I'm finding limits within the initial release. Currently, there's only the option to have one 'payment link dropdown' and no way to tie that to logic for dependent fields. As the product continues to iterate, it would be great to allow payment link fields to display tied into dependent field logic of other properties. This way, rather than a laundry list of payment link options, a more curated and relevant list of payment options could be displayed for the audience in question without having to create multiple forms. I anticipate seeing longer-term improvements to the logic + and customization options for payment link forms and hope that we keep seeing more flexibility here!

It would be great if when a link is sent to a customer to update their payment records (for example when a payment fails), it would be possible to find a record of it somewhere. If someone from the sales or finance team sends out the link with the email, there is no way of knowing that it has been done or when it has been done, and also no confirmation that it worked. At the moment we have no way of proving to the buyer that we have done what is our responsibility, and there is a risk that the buyer gets bombarded with update payment method emails.

It would be great to have the ability to add one-time discounts to active recurring payment subs. We could extend loyalty benefits to our customers that cover partial or full cost of their membership.

Hi Team, We need an option to show logos on payment links based on Business units, we have 4 business units & we are unable to use payment options on HubSpot, please implement this. Thanks Ram

Currently, all payment information is being stored in the contact property and there isn't an option at this time to do a Payment property. Have the custom properties that we as users have added to the payment link also appear in the payments tab or have an area where we can see said properties and have it attributed to which client entered the info from the payment link. As a result, this would make all the relevant information about payments easier to view.

If a user has a payment plan subscription, e.g. $50/mo for 6 mo, and their payment fails at some point, currently only one automated email is sent. We want to send several reminder emails before canceling their subscription. We can send the emails using a subscription workflow, but there's no way to include the "update payment method" link in those emails. So there's no call to action. The user would need to look back in their inbox for the automated payment failed email from Hubspot and click that link. Or reply to the email and ask us to send them the link. Additionally, the update payment link should be *viewable* by Hubspot users. I should be able to see it, copy and paste it into a text message or an email or anywhere else. Right now I can only request Hubspot to send it directly to the user.

We are trying to sell a service via hubspot payments but the format of the number appears depending on the language your browser is set up. Which means it makes it a little tricky to understand the currency and the number format. Its little details but I think It would be really helpful if the user can choose language and currency so that it is very clear for the users.

Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for? This feature would be most usefull in accounting and billing envirnments where you need to process a-la-carte or delayed-start payments. What is their goal? The goal is to provide a more seamless way to process customer payments for smaller authorized orders without the customer needing to complete a payment link. For signed contracts that don't have a specific start date and you need to manually begin charging. What value will this add? This offers a greater ease of ordering for customers - some may authorize a payment over email or a recorded call. Billing departments have more flexibility for signed agreements with delayed start dates that are variable. Are there examples of other places or products who have this feature? We currently use quickbooks and it allows to save ACH and Credit Card information. PaySimple did similar but we no longer use it. Screenshots, pictures, drawings, process diagrams, are helpful.
