It would be great it we could send an invoice directly to clients through hubspot without having to use third party app such as quickbooks (although you can keep the option to require quickbooks if users want to enable it).   If we're already captured a clients payment information through a previous deal, recurring subscription etc it would make sense that we would be able to also send them an invoice directly. Right now I have to connect to Quickbooks Online to be able to send an invoice, and then I have to login to QBO to approve it which creates an extra step.    It would be great if we could just send an invoice directly in Hubspot. We could create an invoice -> add line items based on products -> add a due date and things like that.   Maybe there could also be user permissions around this. Like who has the ability to send invoices, or invoices have to be approved by someone before being sent out etc.   It you had this feature it would reduce the need for a 3rd party app which would be great and allow for the ability to do full service billing for my clients directly within HubSpot. It's definitely a huge draw back to require the use of a third party app to do something as simple as send and invoice (especially when we can already collect billing information). ... Afficher plus

Hi!    I know Payments is still new-ish, but it would be great if we could customize statement descriptors in HubSpot Payments at the Product level, like Stripe can.    I wouldn't want to change the business name, just what comes after; e.g. Business Name*APPLICATIONFEE or Business Name*AFDONATION or even Business Name*[dynamic token like an Order ID].    The goal of this functionality is two-fold: We know that clear statement descriptors reduce chargebacks; as we expand our use of the Payments tool and improve the user experience overall, we want to be as clear as possible with our users what a specific charge was for. We're a small nonprofit — this would be a value-add for our finance director, who would have greater visibility at the bank account level what one charge or another is for. As a nonprofit, we want to ensure that, say, donations to Fund 1 are correctly allocated, and having that extra level of reporting would be helpful, especially when revenue is coming from different sources and not everybody is a wizard at online dashboard reporting (and not every software is as good at that as HubSpot!).  (We don't currently intake donations via Payments, but we may want to!)  ... It is not unusual for our customers to use an invoice that we send to generate a PO number as the first step in their payment process. They then request that we send back the invoice, updated with the PO number. Currently, there is nowhere to add the PO number aside from the comments section. We have to unpublish the invoice, edit it, and hope they see the PO number in that unusual location. Can you add a PO number section to the invoice templates AND a way to update the invoice without unpublishing? ... Afficher plus

Quotes is an amazing tool to use in HubSpot. However, we have a limit of up to 150 e-signatures only per month. Everytime a new quote is published, whether it is recalled&edited, it adds to the count.    I would like to have a way where it can free up space such as when we delete old unsigned e-signature quote and drafts, but this is not possible at the moment.   If only we can delete unsigned published quotes, to free up space. ... We use the 'fixed payments' features for individuals to purchase our courses. Most of these payments are completed over 2 - 3 months.    It would be great to have the ability for HubSpot to automatically send the Contact an email reminding them about this upcoming payment. This would ensure that the card is charged the first time successfully and prevent us from having to update the card on file if it has changed for an individual.  ... Afficher plus
