I'd like to suggest proving an option, and not a requirement, for paying fees on a payment link. We are using HubSpot not only for marketing and soon be be website but also a donor platform. Many of the options are work arounds through the Sales Hub, but I'd love to see an option for donors to pay the processing fee at checkout. The only way to make something optional is adding a line item at the 2.9% processing fee, but this just adds to the total which inturn a larger processing fee. I know how to make the processing fee required for all payments through a particular link, there just isn't an option where people can choose if they pay it or not. This will help us as a non-profit to benefit more from people's donations to our company by offering the donor to pay the processing fee. ...read more

Many of our client subscriptions have varying fees month to month, i.e. month 1 is a higher fee than month 2 and so on. Could you provide a means for us to set up a subscription to perform auto debits where the monthy amount varies? Hi there, our customers are frequently asking to split payments as the shopping card value is quite high. We would like to do that using hubspot quotes with stripe. Currently we have to run this outside hubspot as it is only available using the native stripe payment link. We have a need to offer discounts or price reductions for existing subscriptions (i.e. when someone makes a referral to our service, we would offer the referrer a price break.  I don't believe this functionality exists and applying that referral discount will require creating an entirely new payment and canceling the original.  This is cumbersome.     Thanks! ...read more

HubSpot only enables payment functionality for US companies.    I would like to be able to create an order/invoice from a quote with manual payments.   Payments would be managed offline and acknowledged in HubSpot.   We are also missing the subscription functionality that would enable tracking of subscription start and end dates. ...read more

We are trying to sell a service via hubspot payments but the format of the number appears depending on the language your browser is set up.   Which means it makes it a little tricky to understand the currency and the number format.   Its little details but I think It would be really helpful if the user can choose language and currency so that it is very clear for the users. ...read more
