Hi! My company sells software that often requires phased roll out across units. We sell the whole business upfront but there are tranches of units that roll onto the contract as the unique start dates pass. We'd like the ability to have all of these tranches renew on the same date, while pro-rating each tranche for year 1 of the agreement/quote. For example, new customer "real estate owner A" has 100 units, each of which cost $1/year on a contract that begins Jan 1. So: 25 units start on Jan 1 ($25 for year 1 = $25) 25 units start on April 1 ($25 x 3/4 for year 1 = $18.75) 25 units start July 1 ($25 x 2/4 for year 1 = $12.50) 25 units start Oct 1 ($25 x 1/4 for year 1 = $6.25) This customer would pay us a total of $62.50 in year one but all of those would renew for the full year at $100. BONUS POINTS: Allow us to charge for the full $62.50 upon quote execution, instead of collecting payment as each tranche goes live. Is this possible/on the roadmap?
