It would be VERY useful to allow us to add offline payment methods on quotes or on a form. Currently, it appears you can only set as "no payment", "hubspot payments" or "Stripe". The current invoice format does not allow for the address of the company sending the invoice. This would be helpful, as most account receivable departments at the customer will need the address of the invoicing company for a multitude of reasons, e.g., to follow local and state tax regulations, if they will send a physical check, where to send a 1099 if applicable, etc. ...read more

I would like the possability to hide Payment from Quota templet since we don't handel payment this way. Right now it is up to the user to remove this when they create a quote for a client and this is not perfect I think. ...read more

It happens that we often sell a service as a promotion to attract new customers and give a 100% discount on it, ex: a free consultation. I want to be able to invoice it to record the work done and have it record as a $0.00 item. However HubSpot won't let me finalize an invoice if the total is $0.00. Why not? This seems like a very silly limitation. Even a negative total invoice is possible if there's a refund which should be added (e.g. subtracted) to the revenue totals. If the value is <= $0.00, the payment link could simply be removed from the invoice to avoid problems with the payment processor. Refunds would be handled outside of HubSpot.   Another use for this is for testing invoices by since you can add a product item and give a 100% discount and it won't affect revenue reports. Otherwise, you have to create a dummy test deal and filter it out from reports. Of course, a sandbox option in HubSpot would be much better, but this would be an acceptable woraround for most people.   Please fix this! ...read more

Add the ability to limit discount code usage for payments. We have certain events and promotions that provide a % or $ amount off for the first X amount of people who register. Currently, we would need to watch the usage and manually turn off the code when it reaches its maximum.  ...read more
