Some users are located outside the USA and may not have access to the HubSpot payments tool or the built-in Stripe payment processing. To cater to their needs, it would be helpful to have the option of importing payment records for reporting purposes. This would ensure that everyone can effectively track and manage their payments

It would be VERY useful to allow us to add offline payment methods on quotes or on a form. Currently, it appears you can only set as "no payment", "hubspot payments" or "Stripe". Really missing a custom option here. We have cases where our billing team needs to issue an invoice and get paid via check, cash, or wire.

Hi there! More and more clients want to utilise the invoice feature in South Africa, but this is not available in Rands as of yet. This is a core aspect for Sales Hub as clients are trying to save costs and reduce their tech stacks.

The current invoice format does not allow for the address of the company sending the invoice. This would be helpful, as most account receivable departments at the customer will need the address of the invoicing company for a multitude of reasons, e.g., to follow local and state tax regulations, if they will send a physical check, where to send a 1099 if applicable, etc.

I would love to be able to use the HubSpot subscriptions for quotes that are signed for a subscription product type, even if the payment does not come directly into HubSpot. Rather than relying on the payment being received to start the subscription, you could just start it manually. Rather than rebuild a susbcription management system in our application, I would love to use the API to take advantage of the subscriptions that we are already managing and tracking in HubSpot, however not all customers pay the same way and because it is only limited to quotes where the payment has been received via Hubspot, we end up getting an incomplete view of our active subscriptions.

I would like the possability to hide Payment from Quota templet since we don't handel payment this way. Right now it is up to the user to remove this when they create a quote for a client and this is not perfect I think.

We've requested Payments be made available in Australia, but only ever see statements like, "we can't guarantee when...". It's great that busnesses based in the US have been able to benefit with the use of this feature; don't you think it's time other countries could too?

Add the ability to limit discount code usage for payments. We have certain events and promotions that provide a % or $ amount off for the first X amount of people who register. Currently, we would need to watch the usage and manually turn off the code when it reaches its maximum.

It happens that we often sell a service as a promotion to attract new customers and give a 100% discount on it, ex: a free consultation. I want to be able to invoice it to record the work done and have it record as a $0.00 item. However HubSpot won't let me finalize an invoice if the total is $0.00. Why not? This seems like a very silly limitation. Even a negative total invoice is possible if there's a refund which should be added (e.g. subtracted) to the revenue totals. If the value is <= $0.00, the payment link could simply be removed from the invoice to avoid problems with the payment processor. Refunds would be handled outside of HubSpot. Another use for this is for testing invoices by since you can add a product item and give a 100% discount and it won't affect revenue reports. Otherwise, you have to create a dummy test deal and filter it out from reports. Of course, a sandbox option in HubSpot would be much better, but this would be an acceptable woraround for most people. Please fix this!
