When creating a payment link, there is the ability to add custom dates for the subscription start date. However, there is not the ability to populate the subscription start date with the contents of a hubspot contacts date field.   We process applicants in advance of their contractual start date, sometimes a year in advance, and we do not start their subscription until they start their contract - Its a different day for everyone, so we need the ability to start a subscription on a date that is known in a field in the associated contact.   They would be applying through a membership page in Hubspot CMS, so there wouldnt be a problem in them clicking a payment link and hubspot pulling through this field, as they are logged in and we know who it is.   ...read more

Hello,   the new Commerce Hub is great, and so is its integration with Stripe as a payment processor. However, when using Stripe in Europe, Hubspot only surfaces a single payment method: Credit cards. All other payment methods available in Stripe are being ignored and can't be used in Commerce Hub.    In the entire EU B2B segment, the most important payment method is bank transfers via SEPA or SEPA Direct Debit (this is similar to ACH in the US).    Hubspot should surface more of Stripe's available payment methods in Commerce Hub, SEPA specifically.  ...read more

I typically download the Payment Detail Report a few times a month to create a form for entering daily Deposits into our accounting software.  It would be very benificial if I was able to download the report by a range of dates instead of it downloading every payment detail we have had since being with HubSpot.  The report as of right now keeps getting longer and longer and will eventially take longer to download.     This may be benificial to the other payout reports as well but this is the report I use most frequently.   ...read more

In this age of instant gratification, I would really appreciate it if the Hubspot payment system offered an instant payment option to our clients where their payment would be immediately available to us once they paid.  This may incur and additional expense, but in certain cases of urgency, I would be willing to pay a little more to get my money today. ...read more

As stated on the knowledge base, only super admins are allowed to receive notifications for when a payment is initiated or fails, when a payment is received, and when a payout is created or fails.  It would be nice to have more granular control of this for non Super Admin users.  ...read more

Hi, I would like to have the payment links setup as triggers for emails to automatically go out. I have several membership options and I do not want to have a form at the bottom of every membership to use a trigger for automatic emails as it looks overwhelming. I like the look of just having the payment button and once this link is submitted then it can be used as a trigger to send out a series of automatic emails over several weeks.  payment links look better than repeated forms but we need the payment links to be triggers for automatic emails ...read more

When creating a payment link, it's possible to add a credit card fee to the amount. But, that fee remains in the payment even if the customer selects ACH to pay. It would be a good idea to have the option of disabling this so no extra - unnecessary - charges incur. ...read more
