We are a nonprofit and have printed donation cards that our supporters can fill out at an event or fundraiser. It would be great to be able to run these cards through HubSpot payments on behalf of our supporters. Many of our donors are older and simply don't do online payments or use the Internet themselves. Likewise, when you're at an in-person event, you want to make the most of the interaction and accept payment info from them on the spot whenever possible. Could you please add the option for donors to cover processing fees when giving to nonprofits via a payment link?   When donors give to nonprofits, they don't realize the nonprofit doesn't recieve 100% of the donation.   By adding the opton for donors to cover proecessing fees, the nonprofit will receive the whole donation and the donor will know that the nonprofit will recieve all of what s/he intended to give.   Here is a link to help with the basic idea:  https://buzzwks.com/donation-processing-fees-everything-you-need-to-know/ ...read more

we just created a quote template and another one for bookings. Unfortunately the values (e.g. prices) from deals get imported showing the € sign in front of the value like e.g. € 1.500,00 Legally its possible to show it like this but common / the German market standard is, to display it after the value e.g. 1.500,00 € or 1.500,00 EUR. To us and our clients it looks unfamiliar and wrong having the €-sign in the front. According to the Hubspot support team there is no workaround yet. We should have the "Disputed" payment status on our payment page so that we can clearly see every payment's status.    OR we should have the disputed report so that the accounting team can check the dispute every month.    For now, if we want to check the disputed payment, we have to go to the payout, click on every day's payout, and check if there is a disputed payment.  ...read more

We offer products with monthly prices. Customers can pay monthly or make a one-time payment, where they pay the total price of the fixed period, e.g. 3 month.    Settings for monthly payment: Produkt: A Period in month: 3  Billing frequency: monthly price per unit: 3986,50€ total price in quote: 23.919€   We can change that individually in the quote by editing the price, changing the period to 0 and choosing one-time payment.   New Settings fpr one-time payment: Produkt: A Period in month: 0 Billing frequency: one-time price per unit: 23.919€ total price in quote: 23.919€   Like this, our quotes are missing the information about the period. But by leaving the period at 3, the customers may think that they will have to pay that total price monthly.   Wouldn't it make more sence to leave everything as it is and only change to "one-time payment", so that the system calculates the total price itself?    Recommended settings: Produkt: A Period in month: 3  Billing frequency: one-time price: 3986,50€  total price in quote (automatically calculated): 23.919€   This way, customers would know that they are paying the total price for the shown period.   P.S.: We dont use the Payments Tool from HubSpot. When you setup discounts in hubspot payments, the system only allows 99% discounts which is strange.  There are many cases as a business where we are required to waive the fee for selected customers or provide special discounts.  We need 100% discounts to be enabled. ...read more

It would be nice for payments to have the ability to dynamically pull a quantity from a custom crm field.   Use Case: I want to create a monthly payment link that is $500/user  -where today "user count" is a custom company property defined at 3 users but next month that field might be 2  or 4 users.  I want the payment link to use the company property to determine the quantity each month. ...read more
