Currently you can associate invoices with multiple contacts but you cannot associate subscriptions to multiple contacts. For invoices that are auto-generated from subscriptions, that means you can only send those invoices automatically to one contact. You also cannot send email reminders to multiple contacts associated with the subscription. We serve B2B customers wil subscriptions of over 10k annually and these customers usually require sending to more than one contact, especially if payment is overdue.

Our company primarily sets up invoicing for customers through quotes with subscriptions for recurring invoices. As of now, there is only the option to have one contact assigned to the subscription, which means only one person will receive the invoice emails. Some of our customers need additional contacts to be cc'd on the invoice emails for their billing. We need the option to add more than one contact to the subscriptions. Thank you!

When creating a subscription invoice, I don't have the option enter a customer Purchase Order number. A PO number is essential for any B2B customer. We can add them to one-time invoices as expected but can’t add them to subscription invoices. This is inconsistent function of the software and outcomes. In most cases the customers that we are sending subscription invoices to, is in response to a purchase order they have issued us. They are large corporate organisations who wont pay the invoices without the PO number listed on the invoices.

A client of ours is in need of freezing her payments with us for a period of time. So instead of cancelling out the subscription, it would be nice if there was a freeze option where the money will not draft out of her account for a certain amount of time and we could un-freeze it when she is ready to start making payments again.

I am interested in setting up subscriptions without the requirement of generating payment links. Some of our customers prefer to pay via bank transfer, which is not compatible with the current system. I aim to streamline subscription management by consolidating all subscriptions within a single, unified system.

I love that HubSpot has the option to process payments but the styling limitations make it unusable for my team. It would be great to have the ability to customize the payment and favicon, or at least have them default to the branding of the URL the quote/payment live on. Quote pages do have the option to change the logo, but the favicon defaults to the account level rather than what is set at the business unit or domain level. The logo on the payment page is locked as the logo set for the HubSpot account, and the favicon on payment pages is HubSpot's logo.

Tracking Contracts in hubspot is challenging. To solve this I created a custom object that relates to companies and deals. Unfortunatly my newly created contract cannot associate with Products, Line Items, quotes, invoices, payments and subscriptsion. I'd love it if hubspot would enable the ability to build associations between custom objects and quotes to track payment milestones and eventaully payments.

Bonjour la Communauté Hubspot, Je m'appelle Vincent MABIRE, fondateur de Norexpans', un cabinet de conseil en Business Development, basé à Paris (et donc prescripteur de solutions CRM...) J'ai récemment regroupé toute la gestion de mon business dans Hubspost, incluant les outils de devis, de signatures, de factures et de solutions de paiement. A présent, pour les nouveaux clients, je suis sur le point de parvenir à envoyer systématiquement tous mes devis pour signature directement via l'outil Hubspot. Cependant, concernant mes clients actuels, je voudrais continuer de leur envoyer mes factures mensuelles, mais à présent directement depuis Hubspot aussi, pour me simplifier ma vie et la leur aussi. Actuellement ils payent mensuellement nos services par virement bancaires. Donc, j'aimerais leur proposer de continuer de payer via virement bancaire, maintenant, directement depuis la facture mensuelle (envoyée depuis Hubspot). Mon besoin (exprimé par mes clients réguliers): - recevoir une facture mensuelle facile à archiver - Pouvoir payer directement par virement depuis la facture (en 1 clic). A ce jour, Hubspot, au travers de ses nouvelles options, propose seulement : la carte de crédit et le prélèvement bancaire, grâce à l'API avec Stripe notamment. Ma suggestion est : 1) Intégrer la solution de virement bancaire directlement depuis la facture. (et pourquoi pas le réglement d'accompte par virement directement depuis les devis) 2) Proposer à nos clients l'envoi de facture mensuelle (sur laquelle nous n'ayons que le contenu et le montenant à vérifier, depuis une trame à remplir la première via la liste de produits à intégrer) 3) Proposer à nos clients une solution de paiement par virement bancaire mensuel lorsque le montant est toujours le même (pour les prestations par abonnement par exemple.) Parvenir à proposer l'automatisation pour les suggestions 2 et 3 serait le Nec Plus Ultra pour nous tous : Utilisateurs Hubspot et clients finaux. Je sais que je ne suis pas le seul utilisateur Hubspot à proposer d'être payé par virement à mes clients. La plupart d'entre nous utilisons à présent cette solution (notamment en BtoB). Donc je suis convaincu que cette proposition attirera l'intérêt de la Communauté Hubspot et l'équipe de Développement Hubspot (marketing, outil) !
