I love that HubSpot has the option to process payments but the styling limitations make it unusable for my team. It would be great to have the ability to customize the payment and favicon, or at least have them default to the branding of the URL the quote/payment live on. Quote pages do have the option to change the logo, but the favicon defaults to the account level rather than what is set at the business unit or domain level. The logo on the payment page is locked as the logo set for the HubSpot account, and the favicon on payment pages is HubSpot's logo.

It would be VERY useful to allow us to add offline payment methods on quotes or on a form. Currently, it appears you can only set as "no payment", "hubspot payments" or "Stripe". Really missing a custom option here. We have cases where our billing team needs to issue an invoice and get paid via check, cash, or wire.

It should be possible to edit all system emails for payments, like successful payments, payment reminders, and failed payment alerts. We want to customize this copy to increase the liklihood that users act on these emails. If some of them need to contain specific content for compliance reasons, it should be possible to edit an introductory paragraph, or add simple copy to the email which gets included in a standard template. E.g. allow the user to add a message before or after the payment info in the receipt email, even if the receipt part is generated by Hubspot. I'd also suggest that a record of any automatic or manually sent Hubspot system emails should show up in the contact's activity list.

Allowing for the ability to delay when a payment is initiated on a signed quote would be a big benefit. My partner and I are trying to use HS payments instead of signing and then setting up in Bill.com. However, to get customers we sometimes need to delay kickoff and the payments will always immediately trigger a pull from the bank which isn't always ideal for our customers. When creating a payment link, there is the ability to add custom dates for the subscription start date. However, there is not the ability to populate the subscription start date with the contents of a hubspot contacts date field. We process applicants in advance of their contractual start date, sometimes a year in advance, and we do not start their subscription until they start their contract - Its a different day for everyone, so we need the ability to start a subscription on a date that is known in a field in the associated contact. They would be applying through a membership page in Hubspot CMS, so there wouldnt be a problem in them clicking a payment link and hubspot pulling through this field, as they are logged in and we know who it is.

Our organization has to do paperwork for each payment deposit to our bank account. It would greatly reduce overhead for our finance department if we could set these payouts to deposit weekly or monthly. This feature is available if we set up a separate integration with Stripe, but it is not available within the built-in Stripe payment system in HubSpot.

In Hubspot payment links, if a client purchases subscriptions that have different term lengths on them, they get charged separately for each subscription with a different term length (even though they paid through 1 payment link). This is not only annoying for our clients who get hit with 2 different charges every month, but it is also very frustrating for our billing/finance team, when it comes to payout reconciliation. Implementing a feature to consolidate payments on payment links that have multiple subscriptions with different term lengths not only improves the checkout experience for our clients, but also makes reporting much easier for our accounting team. This solution is useful to any Hubspot user who offers their clients subscriptions with different term lengths.

I would like to turn off online payments by default in my invoices because they are paid by bank transfers, so no link is needed in the invoices and it just leads to confusion for my customers. I can turn this off manually in the invoice before sending it, but the default setting to do this is forcing me to choose a payment method. See the attached images for the default setting that could be used, but won't save unless a payment method is selected, and for the images showing the option being turned off manually in each invoice, each time I want to send one. This is inconsistent and inefficient. It already takes way too many steps to send an invoice as it is and I want to streamline the process.

We are a nonprofit that receives donations both online and via mail in the form of physical checks. Our online payments come through Hubspot beautifully, but we have had to resort to setting up individual DEALS to record our physical check payments. To complicate matters, we occasionally set up a DEAL for a fundraising event to be able to track donations received from that event alone. Fine if all donations are made online, but recently, a donation via physical check was received from that event. So to connect that donation to the fundraising Deal event, we were able to associate it to the deal, BUT the total payments received from that fundraising event did not include the physical check, only the online ones. So now we have to remember to add 2 totals together for a fundraising Deal event--the total payments shown for the fundraising Deal, PLUS any other payments received in its associated deals that were from physical checks. Please consider providing a way to track physical payments as easily as Hubspot tracks online payments, so all payments can be easily tracked. Thank you for considering this suggestion!
