It would be amazing to be able to include product line items on the payment link pages that are optional to customers. Right now, they can't opt out via a 0 quantity as a workaround either.    We have our consulting services broken into tiers based on a set number of service hours. I'd love to have the ability to include a line item for additional hours as an (optional) option where they can add a quantity of their choosing if they anticipate needing more time with us for a project or the sort.    I also think this would be a game changer for a lot of other companies that may want to include optional upgrade or product line items on the payments link pages.    YOU CAN DO IT HUBSPOT WIZARDS! We are currently rolling out a consumer model to one of our locations so having to manually add a line for tax is not that cumbersome.  We do plan to roll out to additional areas and removing the human error from any of our locations across the US where taxes are concerned would be a god send.   ...read more

We should be able to choose the business unit (branding) for each HubSpot payment link created. Currently we are only able to use the default (first) business unit branding for HubSpot payment links. Our second and third business units have the wrong logo and branding. We CAN choose business units with HubSpot meeting links. Payment links should work the same way:)  ...read more

Currently, all payment information is being  stored in the contact property and there isn't an option at this time to do a Payment property.    Have the custom properties that we as users have added to the payment link also appear in the payments tab or have an area where we can see said properties and have it attributed to which client entered the info from the payment link.   As a result, this would make all the relevant information about payments easier to view.     ...read more

Currently "Subscriptions" for contacts or companies are created w hen a  buyer makes a purchase  using a  payment link  configured to collect recurring payments, or a  quote integrated with payments  that includes recurring line items.   It would be great to provide the ability to create a subscription manually – for those who want to track subscriptions but do not necessarily use HubSpot to process a payment.  In our case, we want to track subscriptions for subscribers paying via invoice. There needs to be an option for credit card payment fees to be passed onto the customer.  We would like to offer credit card payments as a option but want to be able to notify the customer that if they use a cc then there is a fee attached.  And the fee needs to be automated as part of the payment.   ...read more

Who: This is a valuable feature for marketing and Sales.    What: The goal is to use a round-robin calendar to make all of our consultants' time slots available on one view, and have the client pay for the time slot to confirm the consultation time they booked. This is currently possible on a one to one calendar (great addition of the payments feature here by the Hubspot team).    Value: This will allow us to show maximum consultant availability while still gating booking a consultation with payment.    Looking forward to hearing feedback from Hubspots product team on this. I'm working on an event with paid registration, and I need a way within HS to accept more than one registration per order. I have included the quantity option (great!), but I also need to collect individual registration contact info.   Example: Buyer is registering for multiple people and each person needs to receive their own confirmation and event details and we need a list of all registrants. (These are small-scale workshops, so I don't need tickets.)   I have used Eventbrite and Shopify in the past to manage event registrations, but was so hopeful with the HS payment feature that I could manage it ALL in HS. For now I'll have to use another product. But t his addition to the purchase/payment feature would meet our needs and greatly simplify the event management process!   Thanks! ...read more
