The standard invoice template is very limiting, and it can be frustrating to have no control over how it looks, what's included (or not included), and etc.  For example, traditionally we have our mailing address as well as a contact email and contact phone number at the top of our invoices.  The invoicing tool doesn't allow for this at all.   The quote tool allows for custom templates, and extending quote template customization to the invoice tool seems like a logical next step that would solve some other problems I've also seen among customers on these forums.  ...read more

At this time, carts and orders are only available when you have an ecommerce integration like Netsuite or Shopify, although the API appears to be generally available.   Would it be possible to make orders available in the HubSpot portal (and make it possible to associate them to other objects/records) as well? Bonjour la Communauté Hubspot, Je m'appelle Vincent MABIRE, fondateur de Norexpans', un cabinet de conseil en Business Development, basé à Paris (et donc prescripteur de solutions CRM...)   J'ai récemment regroupé toute la gestion de mon business dans Hubspost, incluant les outils de devis, de signatures, de factures et de solutions de paiement.    A présent, pour les nouveaux clients, je suis sur le point de parvenir à envoyer systématiquement tous mes devis pour signature directement via l'outil Hubspot.    Cependant, concernant mes clients actuels, je voudrais continuer de leur envoyer mes factures mensuelles, mais à présent directement depuis Hubspot aussi, pour me simplifier ma vie et la leur aussi.  Actuellement ils payent mensuellement nos services par virement bancaires. Donc, j'aimerais leur proposer de continuer de payer via virement bancaire, maintenant, directement depuis la facture mensuelle (envoyée depuis Hubspot).  Mon besoin (exprimé par mes clients réguliers):  - recevoir une facture mensuelle facile à archiver - Pouvoir payer directement par virement depuis la facture (en 1 clic).    A ce jour, Hubspot, au travers de ses nouvelles options, propose seulement : la carte de crédit et le prélèvement bancaire, grâce à l'API avec Stripe notamment. Ma suggestion est : 1) Intégrer la solution de virement bancaire directlement depuis la facture. (et pourquoi pas le réglement d'accompte par virement directement depuis les devis) 2) Proposer à nos clients l'envoi de facture mensuelle (sur laquelle nous n'ayons que le contenu et le montenant à vérifier, depuis une trame à remplir la première via la liste de produits à intégrer)  3) Proposer à nos clients une solution de paiement par virement bancaire mensuel lorsque le montant est toujours le même (pour les prestations par abonnement par exemple.)    Parvenir à proposer l'automatisation pour les suggestions 2 et 3 serait le Nec Plus Ultra pour nous tous : Utilisateurs Hubspot et clients finaux. Je sais que je ne suis pas le seul utilisateur Hubspot à proposer d'être payé par virement à mes clients. La plupart d'entre nous utilisons à présent cette solution (notamment en BtoB).    Donc je suis convaincu que cette proposition attirera l'intérêt de la Communauté Hubspot et l'équipe de Développement Hubspot (marketing, outil) !  Membres de la communauté Hubspot, vous vous reconaissez dans ce que je viens de présenter, Merci donc de soutenir ma demande. When forms are submitted, because the payments section and form itself are on separate pages, my client is able to submit a form without completing the payment section. The form then reaches its designated inbox, without payment being made, and shows "Open" in yellow under the payments section. If a form has a payment, it should not be able to be bypassed without the payment being submitted. If a payment is not received the form should never even reach the inbox. Please edit this so that a form with payments can NOT be submitted without the payment portion being completed. ...read more

It would be fantastic to automatically generate invoices in HubSpot whether it be via API or in the workflow.   It would help take out the manual work from having to do this one at a time for companies that generate dozens of invoices at a time. We can already do it with quotes. ...read more

Currently, invoices must have contacts in order to be created however there are instances where contacts aren't available and we'd like them to solely be sent to the company.   Having such a feature will be very helpful especially in places where contacts aren't added to invoices ...read more

I have been reading support articles from 2020 to 2023 about adding a Tax functionality to Hubspot Payments. I am specifically looking at Payment Links. While you can manually add a fees and taxes as individual line items, there is no help in calculation, manual or automatic.    For small startups and SMBs this would be an immense value add and increase overall Hubspot engagement and usage.  ...read more

Hello Team,   It would be great if it is possible to manually update the Payments Property: Payment Type on a Payments Record. Currently, only Payments that are processed natively by HubSpot Payments have a Payment Type set. Whereas those synced from other Payment Integration like Quickbooks Online does not reflect the Payment Type since there is no Payment Data Sync to update the Payments Property. Neither is the Payment-Based Workflow feasible as Payment Type is a Read-Only Field. This is important for accurate Book-keeping and also Reporting purposes. Thank you! ...read more
