I reached out to hubspot I.T. today and had no solutions to 4 questions. Hopefully your team can help! #1. Is there an integrated platform in Hubspot when creating a contact, I input their email. Ex: Robert.Jones@hubspot. Then, hubspot populates Robert Jones's information from the interwebs. Populating information like Position: "Managing Director" Company: "Hubspot Corporate" Address: "Hubspot corporate address" etc. We had this feature previously with another CRM tool and it was golden. Why don't we have it here? #2. When I send "My Meetings Link" why does it require the fields "first name, last name and email." if I am emailing them a meeting request.. i already have their email right? These fields need to be optional. 100%. I have more important questions I would like to them to answer prior to our meeting. Not re-entering their information i already have in their Hubspot contact. It's embarrassing to be double asking for information I obviously already have. Can you please remove this mandatory information requirement? The entire sales world using your platform will thank you! #3. In Deals, on my board, I need to filter a column by closing dates (ascending to descending or vice versa) then potentially have the rest of the columns, based on the filter for that specific column. But most importantly, column specific filters. Can this please be an option? #4.Under tasks, it assigns tasks to a company not contact and when i click on my task, it tells me i don't have permission.. what??! I am trying to complete a reach out for a client, and now i don't have permission to view it. this is affecting my productivity and sales. #5. How do I highlight all (or some) of my contacts and send only one email with the same information directly from me to them through hubspot at one time. Essentially mass email marketing/blast? #6. When I look at a email i sent someone in my outlook, i get an alert that the contact has opened the email.. it was me (maybe my boss) opening the email, not the contact. Can this be fixed to be more efficient? #7. Last question, lets say I write a phenomenal email using the hubspot platform, there should be an option at the bottom of the email that says, "Save as template." Currently, I have to send that email. Then go back to copy it, go into my templates, re-edit it, put in the inserted information and then save it. Thats wasted time. Please let me know any feedback you have or if I am missing something to be more efficient in the hubspot CRM. Thanks!!
