Dear Hubspot, this is a small request, but one that will save me a lot of time if you fix it. Upon selecting a Template in Outlook, your addin pastes the text into a new message. However, it does so in Calibri - always - even when my default font is set to another font in Outlook. So i have to manually change the font every time i send an email with a template.  Could you please modify the addin so it pastes templates format-less, and just adopts the font i have set as default in Outlook? Hi, As diamond agency doing a decent amount of developments that include API's an inability to create a save staging environment to test and get client signoff on new features setup is very problematic. This is a core feature that adds additional cost to our customers for no reason.   Alternatively, while we can use the dev environment, the inability to replicate data from the live portal into it for testing purposes makes the whole setup very tedious (manual creation of all custom fields, settings etc.)    Lastly once developed we are missing an easy way to migrate (templates and settings, data not necessary) back to a live portal. As a nice to have feature - for a client that is being upsold in the specific hub -  the ability to copy a specific hub over from dev to a live portal would be great.   Both options would make HS safer and more convenient to develop in, especially with the new Ops Hub being available now. At the bare minimum: Please either implement staging environment or the ability to replicate entire HS between dev and live portal.   Update: basic Sandbox feature has been released for Enterprise customers: There is a closed beta allowing copies of workflows from a live portal to HS sandbox that slightly improves the functionality.  Unfortunately,  this is still just one-directional: Live to a sandbox. We need a way to copy changes back as well. A similar release feature as with website staging would be great. Also, we still can't test automated nurture since sandbox does not allow sending of marketing emails at all. (Would be great if HS allows at least HS users.) We would like to be able to hide tabs on all objects (Contacts, Marketing Sales, etc). By tabs we mean specifically the tabs we see on a record page, e.g., Activity, Notes, Calls, Meetings, and Tasks. Our reasoning for hiding these tabs is because sometimes we want to have our users use the Notes tab instead of Calls. Normally when you have a system administrator they have complete control of the system. This includes other users accounts. We help customers set up Hubspot but we have no control over their personal accounts, many of which don't set them up properly as a result and guiding them how to do this can be hard work for both. If we could access their profile, we could set it up for them to make sure it's set up properly making sure the system does what they need it to do. This would give our service to the customer more value but it also ensures they get the maximum value out of their HubSpot account straight away. I also think part of the stumbling block for most businesses changing their systems is the initial turbulence of changing the system itself and most of this could be seamless for the customer if we had complete control.  ...read more

They are a bit different in Sugarm, but well defined. If the selected value doesn't match, just throw an error. Many of fields with these types are very important for us and there is no way to replace them with text or number fields. This missing feature is really a pain! This leeds me to the error reporting of sync conflicts I have really a lot conflicts with my contacts, but I can't see why. Many of the showing me "Sugar duplicate", but based on e-mail address, there isn't such a number of duplicates in my SugarCRM.  The conflict list does not say why a contact is duplicated. I also missing a download of conflicts with more details. If the error says "405 Method Not Allowed", I can't understand iand solve t without endpoint an params.
