As Partners, we need to create and demonstrate mock-up solutions for our clients. Sometimes, they don't have Hubspot yet, or other times, they need to see what a specific Hub level will give them. In the demo account for Partners, we have access to Enterprise Hubs as standard, however, sometimes that means that when creating a solution, we need to be mindful that the client might not have Enterprise. Hubspot keeps adding and moving features, e.g. we can now create workflows within the sequence tool, which was not possible not so long ago. So, it might be useful as Partners, to be able to select the configuration we want to test in our demo account and only see features the way the client would see them. ...read more

It would be a good pro feature to have a link between our Hubspot account and https://www.hubspot.com/email-signature-generator.   The issue consists of being unable to really modify a signature created on the Hubspot signature site (like add a CTA for example) without having to start from the beginning.   The only solution for now is to search through the html code and modify things, but it is time consuming and it is difficult when wanting to add things as I mentioned.   We should be able to connect to https://www.hubspot.com/email-signature-generator with our Hubspot account and see our current signature (and history) so it would become easier to modify.   One last point would also be able to create and modify personal signatures for other team members as mentioned in this post: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Set-up-and-edit-email-signatures-for-other-users/idi-p/6499.   Thanks!! 😊 ...read more

As email marketing becomes more and more robust, I think it is incredibly important to have one form that a person fills out indicating which newsletter/subscription type they would like to be added to. We have many audiences (as do a lot of companies) and we want to reach them with different content. We regularly use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach to leads. As part of this we regualrly include Smart Links within our messages. The analytics tab allows us to view individual analytics and behaviour of leads. It would be great if (1) this information synced with the contact in HubSpot and (2) this information could be used to alter HubScore. Thanks.  ...read more

Hey,   Would be a huge help for us to be able to create tickets in our Support pipeline automatically directly from Slack. The main idea would be: a person clicks on a shortcut in Slack, a form pops up for them, they fill it out, then a HubSpot ticket is being created automatically in the right pipeline and all the added information gets mapped into the ticket. We're using a similar solution for Asana tasks: a person needs to fill out a Slack form, then an Asana task is automatically created via Zapier in the right project board.   I know there's an option with Message Shortcuts, but automating it would be even better. Also we have different ticket pipelines in HubSpot, and need different properties to be filled out for each of them, and it's not possible (yet) to add pipeline logic to the shortcut form.   This is the function where I really miss a 'Create HubSpot Object' option 🥺   Are you planning to add such a solution? Stripe just released Stripe apps that allow you to add UI elements to the Stripe dashboard. These UI elements allow you to perform actions without needing to leave Stripe. The example they gave was being able to chat with customers (via Intercom) when on their contact record.   HubSpot apps (in their current state) are pretty limited, sure you have the media bridge API, but you can't add or change anything in the HubSpot UI.
