Hey folks,  this idea is mainly for those who are managing and working with several portals - i.e Partners.   The ability to see all available portals is a great feature and a huge time saver.   One thing that could be optimized is how it's displayed. Quite often, Partners are faced with a list of 20+(if not even 50+) portals in the overview which is quite hard to handle. The "pin" function is undoubtedly a very helpful function but I'd love to see a bit more organisation functionality. Something like grouping several portal by "type". Something like "Active portals", "Internal portals", "All portals"... Could imagine that those groups could be created either in the overview or - might be even better - in the Partner/"Client Access Manager" function inside a Portal.       Additionally: the ability to minimize/close the group(s) you don't need to see group and indent API test accounts and the existing test accounts would be amazing features   best,  Anton ...read more

Adding a funnel report to a universal dashboard is great, adding dashboard filters is excellent, dashboard filters not affecting a funnel report is counter productive and renders the report useless in the dashboard. Especially as you can manully add the filter to the report. Please could you find a way to apply dashboard filters to funnel reports? ...read more

We currently publish our social media posts to all four channels that are currently available in HubSpot (Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn).   It would be great to be able to post to TikTok & Pinterest from the same social ads tool.   Are there any plans to implement these additional social channels? ...read more

As and agency we have some main dashboards that are usefull to all clients. Instead of creating each dashboardn in each client portal, we 'd love to clone the entire dahsboard to other portals (just as a CMS template). This 'd save so much time to agencies. 1. This would be mainly for marketing (lead generation) but would have a direct impact on the sales and service department, which uses a CRM adapted to the automobile sector. 2. The aim is to synchronize leads (those generated with hubspot tools) with CRMs designed for the automobile industry. This synchronization can be done easily, simply by making it possible to send an automated e-mail following the submission of a form filled in by a lead in Auto-lead data format to a specific ADF address. (see point 5) 3. The value this would add is not measurable, it would enable automation and connectivity between sales and marketing tools for automobile companies using similar systems. 4. Connecting my Hubspot data to Excel or a data visualization tool like PowerBI or Tableau should be so easy!   I need to create real-time dashboards or reports that are sharable with customers without any need for manual updating. I don't have time to manually export data and format it each week on our outreach for so many customers.    How does this not exist yet?  This should be supported out of the box just like Hubspot's add-ins for Outlook or Gmail.  Please don't send us hunting for 3rd party patches!   Thank you          ...read more

WhatsApp allows for links to be embedded into their buttons, not only to track the clicks in the reporting but to also "hide" the utm parameters so they don't create an ugly, long URL recipients may not want to click. Especically since only SMS has the link shortener capability that happens automatically.   As we're using WhatsApp for transactional messaging, I was shocked this was a limitation with WhatsApp and with the HubSpot builder. With 13k link variations across multiple domains we serve, having the WhatsApp link be personalized by a HubSpot property is absolutely vital.    In the short-term it would be great if HubSpot could shorten the link and have automatic utm tracking like they do for SMS, but the long-term, having this be a truly dynamic link based on a property value is paramount.    WhatsApp, just like SMS, is limited to only Contact/Company properties. Currently, it is not possible to manually delete messages that are sent to Slack/Slack channels via workflows. It would be extremely helpful if we could manually delete these messages in Slack (GDPR, incorrect data). For example, by clicking on "message actions". ...read more

Hey,   Would be a huge help for us to be able to create tickets in our Support pipeline automatically directly from Slack. The main idea would be: a person clicks on a shortcut in Slack, a form pops up for them, they fill it out, then a HubSpot ticket is being created automatically in the right pipeline and all the added information gets mapped into the ticket. We're using a similar solution for Asana tasks: a person needs to fill out a Slack form, then an Asana task is automatically created via Zapier in the right project board.   I know there's an option with Message Shortcuts, but automating it would be even better. Also we have different ticket pipelines in HubSpot, and need different properties to be filled out for each of them, and it's not possible (yet) to add pipeline logic to the shortcut form.   This is the function where I really miss a 'Create HubSpot Object' option 🥺   Are you planning to add such a solution?
