Now that I am a Partner Admin to some of our clients, I realized that I am not able to do "high-risk" actions like CRM Manual Data Back Up and Knowledge Base Migration.  I checked with Support and these actions can be done only by a Super Admin.  I normally have to do this work for clients, now I have to request for a paid Super Admin seat to be able to do this. I believe the expectation is that a Super Admin is meant to action on more "high-risk" actions (like migrating the KB) since it's irreversible.   I think a good middle ground would be something like a Partner-requested, Admin-approved setup so there doesn't need to be a change or permissions. Currently, you can open an IFrame modal within the UI Extensions actions (https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/guides/crm/ui-extensions/sdk#open-an-iframe-in-a-modal).  However, you cannot close it without manually clicking the close "X" in the modal. This creates an extremely bad user experience for the case of opening forms within an iframe.  Now a user needs to: 1. Open the form (iframe modal) 2. Fill out the information 3. Submit the information 4. Then go and close the iframe manually (it should just close automatically in the last step) Some easy solutions to this could be to simply allow an iframe to be embedded within a react component (rather than as an overlay), then you are masking what is an internal/external resource - in this case you should be able to expose a panel of buttons to programatically close the iframe as you can any other overlay.  This solution would allow you to collapse steps 3 and 4 above by skipping step 3 and ensuring progressive updates in the iframed forms in step 2, and just providing a single "Submit" button.  Either way, even for static content, it's opening and closing can be controlled without leaving the 'hubspot' sandboxed react experience. Another solution would be to add a listener to the iframe, and allow the child window to communicate with that listener using some predefined set of commands.  This is probably more challenging, but would open up the possibilities for devs even more. ...read more

Adding a funnel report to a universal dashboard is great, adding dashboard filters is excellent, dashboard filters not affecting a funnel report is counter productive and renders the report useless in the dashboard. Especially as you can manully add the filter to the report. Please could you find a way to apply dashboard filters to funnel reports? ...read more

We currently publish our social media posts to all four channels that are currently available in HubSpot (Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn).   It would be great to be able to post to TikTok & Pinterest from the same social ads tool.   Are there any plans to implement these additional social channels? ...read more

Hey folks,  this idea is mainly for those who are managing and working with several portals - i.e Partners.   The ability to see all available portals is a great feature and a huge time saver.   One thing that could be optimized is how it's displayed. Quite often, Partners are faced with a list of 20+(if not even 50+) portals in the overview which is quite hard to handle. The "pin" function is undoubtedly a very helpful function but I'd love to see a bit more organisation functionality. Something like grouping several portal by "type". Something like "Active portals", "Internal portals", "All portals"... Could imagine that those groups could be created either in the overview or - might be even better - in the Partner/"Client Access Manager" function inside a Portal.       Additionally: the ability to minimize/close the group(s) you don't need to see group and indent API test accounts and the existing test accounts would be amazing features   best,  Anton ...read more

Instead of creating each dashboardn in each client portal, we 'd love to clone the entire dahsboard to other portals (just as a CMS template). This 'd save so much time to agencies. WhatsApp allows for links to be embedded into their buttons, not only to track the clicks in the reporting but to also "hide" the utm parameters so they don't create an ugly, long URL recipients may not want to click. Especically since only SMS has the link shortener capability that happens automatically.   As we're using WhatsApp for transactional messaging, I was shocked this was a limitation with WhatsApp and with the HubSpot builder. With 13k link variations across multiple domains we serve, having the WhatsApp link be personalized by a HubSpot property is absolutely vital.    In the short-term it would be great if HubSpot could shorten the link and have automatic utm tracking like they do for SMS, but the long-term, having this be a truly dynamic link based on a property value is paramount.    WhatsApp, just like SMS, is limited to only Contact/Company properties. Connecting my Hubspot data to Excel or a data visualization tool like PowerBI or Tableau should be so easy!   I need to create real-time dashboards or reports that are sharable with customers without any need for manual updating. I don't have time to manually export data and format it each week on our outreach for so many customers.    How does this not exist yet?  This should be supported out of the box just like Hubspot's add-ins for Outlook or Gmail.  Please don't send us hunting for 3rd party patches!   Thank you          ...read more
